Very spacious, ground floor apartment in the superior development of Valgrande. The apartment is fully furnished to a high specification and has a/c & c/h throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room & master bedroom have sliding doors onto the terrace which overlooks a small lake which is fed by a stream which meanders through ancient cork groves. There are 3 communal swimming pools in maturely planted gardens with plenty of sun loungers on the surrounding lawns. Valgrande is located opposite the prestigious Valderrama golf course in the heart of Sotogrande. The port, shops, beach, tennis courts, restaurants and 5 golf courses are all within 10 minutes drive of the apartment.

In addition a 'Wellness Centre 'has been opened for owners and their guests which provides a 60ft. indoor heated pool, plunge pool, Jacuzzi, gym, Turkish bath, solarium, practice bunker and putting green.

Golf: The apartment is situated in the premier golfing location of Spain. Apart from the world famous Valderrama which is just across the road, there are the Almenara, San Rocque, Sotogrande, Alcaidesa and La Canada all within 5-15 minutes drive. There is a practice facility at the apartments consisting of a net, bunker ,chipping and putting green ,free for our guests.

Skiing: The Sierra Nevadas are just 2-3 hours drive away and offer superb skiing.

Sports: All sports are available from tennis and paddle, horse riding and polo, sailing, mountain biking, walking ,bird watching .

Babies under one & children over 10 welcome. Twice weekly maid service, weekly linen change. The new 'Wellness Centre' has just been opened and is included in the rental. This provide an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Plunge pool, gym, turkish bath, solarium, and indoor golf practice net. Outside there is a putting green and pitching bunker. The tennis (padel) court has just been opened and can be booked at security. There is no charge.

We are just back from a delightful 9 night stay in this villa. The villa was very spacious with 3 large bedroom and a great deck which we spent most of the time on. The complex has excellent grounds and very well maintained, with 3 outdoor pools and very nice indoor pool/gym complex. The villa was well stocked and had all we needed, perhaps except for a BBQ which was the one thing missing (for an Australian).

The complex was gated with security so felt very safe and was very quite and calm, although our kids found other kids to play with around the pool. We also enjoyed the paddle tennis court and indoor pool.

Shops, restaurants and the beach were all a short drive away.

The owners were very easy to deal with and flexible. All in all it was all very easy holiday and sunny the whole time.

We would love to stay again.

Wonderful!

This apartment is beautifully airy, light and spacious - in fact we kept getting lost the first couple of days!

Its fantastic position in the beautiful complex of Valgrande means the best of all worlds with the beach and port less than a 10 minute drive away.

We ate in the apartment which was well equipped and breakfast outside on the huge terrace was a delight. There are several large supermarkets on the way to the beach less than 10 minutes drive away.

The pools were empty of other people (so like having a private pool to ourselves) and well maintained and the gym/spa was a lovely amenity to have. The paddle courts were well used by an over-active 12 year old!

We have stayed several times in this region and I can honestly say we will definitely come back to Billie and Trevor's apartment - it truly is one of the best

Stunning apartment

We were delight with our stay. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean and luxurious, with high end furnishings. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace in the evening. The outdoor swimming pool (we only used one) and the indoor pool was spotless. Collecting the keys upon arrival was pretty straightforward and security staff were pleasant. The only down side was that we couldn't stay for longer. I am quite sure that we will stay here again!

All you need and more for a Perfect Holiday

In the interest of full disclosure, my family have been using this gorgeous apartment for holidays over the last 4 years and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. First of all, the owners Billie and Trevor are a pleasure to deal and our very responsive. The apartment is really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The photos, in my opinion, do not do justice to the master suite nor the gorgeous and peaceful terrace which lends itself very well to entertaining friends, or lolling around on the sofas enjoying the breeze. We love all of Valgrande's facilities and are amazed at how quiet the pool area invariably is. The apartment is stocked with an abundance of towels, sheets, kitchen gizmos etc. It really is a perfect place to escape the UK drizzle or the frantic pace of life on the Rock. Don't hesitate to book.
