This Modern comfortable & spacious 2 bedroomed Air conditioned villa has all you need for an idyllic vacation, complete with panoramic views overlooking Vlicha bay & surrounding hills. The villa is in a slightly elevated position & is tastefully furnished throughout. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom affords a balcony with fantastic panoramic views. There is an upstairs modern bathroom plus toilet/cloaks on the ground floor. A fully fitted kitchen leads into a spacious lounge/dining area. There are French doors at the front of the lounge leading out to a large terrace & on to a stoned terraced area which leads into the infinity styled outside private pool there is also access via the kitchen door. The villa stands in a large garden area containing a variety of tropical plants. There is outside garden furniture for relaxing and soaking up the sun, plus plenty of terraced area for an alfresco BBQ. An ideal setting for your perfect holiday. Kalathos is located in the southeast Lindos area of Rhodes with views of Vlicha bay across to Haraki castle, it is a 10 minute walk to the local village were you will find several tavernas, a quality bakers, pharmacy, dentist, plus a couple of supermarkets which stock a good range of goods. Car hire is readily available and a short 10 minute journey will bring you to the neighbouring picturesque resort of Lindos which sits on a hillside overlooking the Acropolis. Within easy reach you will find the resort of Lardos which is a friendly resort with a traditionally Greek village, plus Pefcos which is an old fishing village & has an excellent array of traditional bars & tavernas. The sandy beach offers a variety of water sports. There is a water park at Falaraki and a well maintained golf course at Afantou. Rhodes Town is where you will find the historic medieval old town full of history, culture and monuments together with a fabulous port and yachts.
