House with one bedroom, one bathroom, balcony, living room / kitchen and laundry. Bedroom with double bed (orthopedic mattress), built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, exit to private balcony where you have chairs and swing net. Living room with sofa bed, 29-inch TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen with stove 4 burners, sink with granite stone, built-in cabinets, counter for food, 3 stools with backrest, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Laundry with tank and clothes dryer. Bathroom w / glass box and sink with granite stone. Another balcony at the entrance of the house w / beach chairs. Own parking. External shower and garden faucet. Cable TV with 70 channels and internet wi-fi, water and light all already included in the daily rate. New house, just built.

Surrounding areas: The place besides the beach of Campeche for those who like to walk has the option of going by the beach, to Joaquina beach which is about 6 km, or to Riozinho beach which is about 3 km. We stayed more or less in the middle of the two beaches. Also c / option to go by boat to the island of Campeche which is outo fantastic place.

Casa linda, completa, limpa, fofa, aconchegante e silenciosa. Gostaria de voltar mil vezes!!!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O pátio é super acolhedor, com plantas adoráveis. O Anastas deixa a gente muito à vontade. A lagoa perto foi uma surpresa muito positiva na beleza e na quantidade de coisas para fazer. Foi show!!!

A casa é um mimo! Toda lindinha, bem cuidada, limpa e com os utensilhos todos bons e bem cuidados.

A casa do Sr. Anastas é bem nova, bem cuidada, limpa e lindinha!!!! Uma das coisas que mais gostei foi a privacidade, pois a casa possui um muro alto e portão fechado que nos deixou muito seguros também! Com certeza ficarei nesta casa quando for para o sul de Floripa. O Sr. Anastas também é muito simpático! Adoramos!

Excelente estadia!

Imóvel com toda estrutura necessária e de qualidade ! TV, NET, Internet, cozinha completa, lavanderia, banheiro, area externa (c/ churrasqueira, mesa, ducha, frutas), garagem... localizado em rua monitorada por empresa de segurança, em lugar calmo, porém com acesso a todas facilidades: posto de gasolina com caixa 24hs, ponto de onibus, barzinhos, praia, linda lagoa logo ao lado.. tudo a pé ! 5mins em média.. excelente pessoa do proprietario..(abraço Anastas) excelente estadia !!

Muy buena opción para unas hermosas vacaciones

El inmueble tiene las comodidades prometidas, las cuales son más que suficientes para una estadia promedio. Es más bonito de lo que se ve en las fotos. A una cuadra de una laguna preciosa. Playa a 5min en auto y a pocas cuadras de gran supermercado y otros servicios. Hubiera sido grato contar con a/a en el dormitorio principal. El WiFi de calidad. Señor Anastas muy amable, atento a que estuviese todo bien. Volveremos en otra oportunidad sin dudas. Gustavo y Lucía
