This privately owned apartment has been tastefully decorated & extensively refurbished.

It is located in Oasis Del Sur a quiet upmarket suberb of Los Cristianos,its a 5 minute walk to the best strip of excellent bars & International restaurants in Los Cristianos & it's a 15 minute stroll down to the beach&town centre.

In the lounge/dining area there are 2 leather3 & 2 seater sofas,plus dining table & 4 chairs. There is 32 inch HD LCD TV, with over 30 UK Channels including,all main UK terrestrial, plus German , Italian French Channels...

The fully equipped kitchen has oven, fridge, microwave, halogen hob, toaster & kettle. The apartment has new floor tiles & ceiling fans, in lounge & both bedrooms. There is also a washing machine

On the ground floor there is large bedroom with King size bed plus a full bathroom. Downstairs there is a spacious twin bedroom with new beds and matresses , the twin bedroom has en-suite facilities, with shower, sink and WC.. ...............................................................................................................................................................................

The Accommodation: This complex is designed over separate phases, each phase having its own private swimming pool, and sunbathing terraces. the Complex also has an on-site supermarket and two Poolside bars both serving snacks and hot food.

Within 300 metres there a a number of excellent bars and restaurants, while another convenience of this complex is the facility of free on street parking - a very rare advantage in the popular tourist resorts of South Tenerife.................................................................................

This is a small complex far enough away from the centre so as not to suffer from late night noise, but near enough to be able to walk in to town. Useful information: Tenerife Golf is booming and the island has established itself as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe with championship level golf courses open to the public in Tenerife. These include Golf del Sur, probably the best known of the Tenerife Golf Courses as it has hosted rounds of the European PGA Tour. There is also the stunning Costa Adeje course which has hosted the European PGA Tour. This is now becoming known amongst the premier golf courses in Tenerife together with the Las Americas Golf Course. The newest and most exclusive course is the Abama Resort in Guia de Isora and finally in the North of the Island Buenavista Golf Course situated on the north west of the Tenerife coast line. Another highly recommended course is the 9 hole - par three Golf Los Palos. Tenerife is a fantastic family destination, it has some great Water & Animal Parks,which are well worth a visit. The biggest two are Siam Park, a World Class water park and Loro Park which is of a similar standard to Seaworld in Florida. Aquapark and Junglepark are also well worth a visit,there are also smaller attractions like the nearby Monkeypark which are very popular.

General information Los Cristianos is very well served by buses, which will take you to all parts of Tenerife. The cheapest way to travel is to buy a 'Bono' card in advance (although it is not obligatory) as this will give you a 30%-50% discount on all your trips. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz are all within reach providing access to Loro Park, Parque Nacional de las Canadas del Teide, etc, etc.Taxis are comparatively cheap and will get you around Playa de las Americas, and any of the local Golf courses...............................................................................................................................................................................

We try to be flexible regarding times for access to the apartment, but where we have concurrent bookings earliest check in time is 4 pm and latest departure time is 11 am. The complex is 10 kms away from the main Tenerife Sur Airport, it is 25 euros in a taxi. You can book a transfer from the complex back o the Airport for 15 euros for up to 4 people, there is a luggage room facility, where you can leave cases, if you book the transfer and have a late flight.............. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool area

A week in the sun

We have just returned from a weeks holiday there was 4 adults , we found the apartment to be great no problems at all.The complex was clean and well maintained with plenty of free sunbeds the pool was also a heated.

Relaxing birthday holiday

The apartment was lovely . Very close to shops and amenities. Pool at the complex is gorgeous and well needed as the weather was so hot! If dining out I can recommend The New Yorker and The Belvedere. A fab week was had by all 4 of us.

I would just like to say the owners of this property are lovely and they couldn’t of help anymore, all I would say if anything was maybe need a little bit more info on the area like it’s at the top of a very short but quite steep hill and towards the end of the holiday become quite irritating, the apartment itself is a lovely little sun trap from 12 oclock until sunset, overall a nice little apartment

Lovely friendly place, great location, lovely bar and spacious accommodation.

Weather a bit iffy first 3 days, hot but cloudy, then sun appeared! Lovely big apartment next to the pool. All the amenities you could need, although did zero cooking! Loads of good reasonable restaurants nearby and as the title suggests the people, residents and workers, were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully will be be back next year!

Fantastic apartment on a lovely small complex

From the moment we made an enquiry to Martin, to the minute we arrived home, we had an amazing stay in Tenerife. The apartment was everything we needed - two bedrooms and two bathrooms; great lounge area; secluded balcony and close enougn to the pool to dive in to (nearly ;)).

The booking process was simple and straightforward.

The onsite bar/cafe offered good value cooked food.

We walked into the town everyday, straight down the hill and only once caught a taxi back (€5).

We chose a prebooked coach transfer from the airport (€14 total for two of us return) - excellent value.

We would love to return to Los Diamantes III sometime soon.

Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village, still retains its charm, and is a delightful place to stay.

There are an abundance of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade.

In the town there is a picturesque square with some excellent shops, it also boasts a popular Sunday market. This resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 70F. There is a regular ferry that take you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions eg see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. There is a fantastic local water park Aqualand and the New Theme Park Siam Park both are ideal for the children and adults alike with a free bus which picks up in the local area. There are various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also a number fishing trips.

Other Activities: There is a regular ferry that takes you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions
