If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo Center, this is the perfect place for you! Walk from the backyard, down the sidewalk directly into the VIP parking lot of the Expo building. The house is also conveniently located near the BOK Center downtown, Midtown attractions, Tulsa University and the Gathering place. Enjoy the loads of amenities including 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms with granite and slate accents, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, seating for 7, a built in TV and wine rack. The open floor plan has wood floors and tile throughout, 5 Smart TV's and is cozy with lots of space to enjoy!
We offer free Wi-Fi.
There is ample parking with a circle and side drive and a charcoal grill on the patio. Large backyard with sidewalk and gate entry to walk to Expo Center.

Detached 450 sf gameroom can sleep 4 additional guests: Amenities include: stained concrete floors, 2 leather sofas with queen sofa beds (memory foam mattresses), pool table, bar stools and table for seating, electric fireplace and large Armour with closet rod and storage drawers.

Cozy and Room for the family !

This will be out fourth season at the expo for the Tulsa Shootout and Chilli Bowl. Our stay is always wonderful and John does everything he can to make us feel at home ! Goes above and beyond !! And great communication!!! See you next year!!!
