This lovely 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom apartment, is located on the water edge, at the foot of one the most beautiful bays at NE Mallorca, the bay of Canyamel. It is an excellent base for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. A small creek is just at the bottom of the Apartments and the large sandy beach of Canyamel is at walking distance; there seawater are crystal clear with lovely turquoise & deep blue shades. Swimming pool is large and its position, in front of the sea, ideal. The area has traditional villages – Arta , Capdepera , Cala Rajada – with character, history and very good restaurants & shops. The appartment is decorated with taste inside; white magnolia colours on the walls & modern pictures all around giving a clean & minimalist style to the rooms. The Terrace is very large and has direct views on the sea: it has sunbeds, table & chairs for lunch and dinner outside. The apartment has Air-Conditioning. The Golf field is just at half a mile from the appartment

Marvellous views, secluded area.: The apartment has views on the most beautiful part of the NE Coast of Mallorca. It is located in the best-preserved part of the island, with the highest standards. The nearby Villages give all the local character, and you will find many secluded beaches around. Seawaters are crystal clear and no crowds around. It is a marvelous place for relaxing, for taking really a break.

Ideal for Sports.: In the area you can practice all sorts of sports: swimming, diving, fishing, tennis, cycling, walking, and golfing.

In fact one of the best golf fields of Mallorca (18 holes) is just at half a mile from the Apartment. You will find also another 3 more Golf fields around.

Great stay in Canyamel

Very good communication by the owner upon booking, added some extra days with no trouble. We had not only excellent directions, but some great suggestions about restaurants and places to visit.

The apartment is compact but is very well equipped, with a large terrace for outdoor eating, especially nice in the afternoon and evening. There is a nice pool a few metres away, but there's also a path through the woods direct to small covelets for swimming and one of the nicest beaches we found in Majorca 150m further on down the path.

We found it perfect for our family of four.

The only problem I encountered was the steep driveway, happily the clutch was on a hire car so happy days !

A really lovely setting and delightful apartment

The apartment was excellent and very well equipped for our stay. The owners were extremely helpful and provided extensive information about the locality and the amenities and replied promptly to any additional information we requested. The setting is peaceful and nearby are many traditional villages. Arta is particularly nice. There are mini supermarkets about 10 minutes walk away. A car would be an asset for visiting nearby villages and larger supermarkets. Eating alfresco on the large balcony is a beautiful and peaceful experience. We would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and unspoiled area. It was extremely good value for money.

Quiet setting, very close to the sea and beach

The photos don't do it justice! A really lovely apt with big balcony set on the sloping hillside with partial views of the sea below. Great pool shared by all the private apts, which was never crowded in high season when we went, and a stunning cliff-side walk to the big sandy beach. (This walk is not suitable for families with very small children, buggies or the infirm). Lots of steps up and down to the pool, but fabulous views of the sea from here.

Canyamel is frequented by German and Spanish families mostly, but also a few Brits. Lovely, gently sloping sandy beach ... clear blue sea.

Also, very helpful owners with lots of good tips about where to eat/shop.

Un séjour fantastique!

Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari et mes 2 enfants de 2 et 6 ans pendant 2 semaines dans ce très agréable appartement cet été.

Très bien équipé, très propre, extrêmement confortable et spacieux pour nous 4. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement et de l'appartement (avec une piscine commune à la résidence très peu fréquentée donc très très agréable) et de la situation géographique idéale dans l'île, loin de l'euphorie de Palma.

Situé dans une petite station balnéaire (Canyamel) très familiale et très calme, nous avons pu nous reposer, nous détendre et savourer pleinement nos vacances.

Le propriétaire Monsieur March est très agréable et serviable, tout s'est passé pour le mieux. Nous n'avons rien à redire si ce n'est l'envie d'y retourner!

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Lage

Leider weniger Meerblick wie erhofft und auch der Pool war nicht direkt an der Wohnung wie vermutet sondern innerhalb einer Anlage über mehrere Treppen zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig mit einem Balkon Richtung Süden / Südwesten.
