Completely self-contained, exterior access, separate air-system 1-bedroom suite.

Bright, newly renovated and fully furnished. Access via side of west side house, has its own separate, private patio. Full kitchenette, bathroom and in-suite laundry. Secure access through private path and patio.

Convenient location close to 33rd & Mackenzie Street gives you access to shops and transit - 200 feet from bus stop with 1-stop bus to downtown Vancouver, beaches, UBC, Pacific Spirit Park and other great amenities. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle in front of The Suite. More than 1 guest car becomes a little inconvenient for our neighbours, so we ask that if you have a vehicle, that you please park it directly in front of The Suite. City street parking in our neighbourhood is free of charge.

Radiant floor heating and modern bathroom and kitchen. There's a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in suite.

Ideally suited for a single or a couple. We are also happy to accommodate couples traveling with a child.

Excellent stay

I stayed here with my husband and 4 year old for 2 weeks. The accommodation is lovely; it's comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Shawn was a great host, always happy to provide anything we needed and answer questions. The location is nice and quiet, a few minutes walk to a nice bakery, a cafe and a lovely grocery store. Also, only a 10 minute drive up to Kitsilano for shops and restaurants on W 4th and the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. If we return to Vancouver, we would certainly want to stay here again!

Shirt Vancouver stay

This property was clean, welcoming and made for a comfortable base visiting the City. The No 2 bus pulls in just around the corner which goes to the Harbour. There is a wonderful bakery, small deli supermarket and coffee shop again, 3 minutes around the corner. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with.. we would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Amazing hosts !!

What a good stay we experienced, we arrived on Boxing Day to our apartment that was spotlessly clean, with the underfloor heating the place was really cosy and it needed to be as Vancouver was going through one of the coldest Winters it had endured in 20 years. We had tea/green tea, coffee and sugar waiting for us in the cupboard and conditioner, shampoo and body wash waiting for us in the bathroom (nice touch). The communication with Chrystal was great, we requested some more towels and they were promptly delivered the next day by 12 noon. Located in a great neighbourhood and close to an excellent transport network to get around the city we couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend this accommodation anyone as it made our stay in Vancouver a much more enjoyable experience……..Thank you Chrystal & Shawn Kind Regards Sarah & family

Highly recommend

Convenient location for a short bus trip to West Broadway shops/restaurants and Downtown Vancouver. The apartment was spacious and finished to a very high standard with a well-stocked kitchen. It was a lovely welcome and a treat to have multiple visits from the family cat (Jasmine!) in our small courtyard garden.

Great Stay

Had a lovely stay for 4 nights.Very comfortable and well equipped -although we did miss a having teapot but it’s a small thing . It was nice to hear the water feature in the garden at night and the bed was very comfortable. Having the bus stop around the corner made it very easy to get downtown .
