The apartment has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard with all mod cons to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for everyone. This apartment has balconies on both sides thus ensuring maximum sun throughout the day. All amenities are close by and all the family will be well catered for.

The large 1200 sq foot apartment has 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Shower room, Kitchen / Breakfast room and a large Lounge / Dining room. We now have wifi and full British television channels are all available as well as numerous international channels.

The apartment is situated in the new Parque de Corcovada complex which has many amenities including shops, snack bar/restaurant and swimming pools, both adult and children's. We arrange a Meet and Greet introduction of the property to all guests.

All extra facilities can be booked at Island Algarve which has premises at the complex. They offer competitive rates for transfers to the airport, welcome pack, extra cleaning/laundry, baby sitting service, car hire/taxis, excursions etc.

There is allocated underground car parking for each apartment and spaces for visitors.

The complex is close to the famous 'Strip' of shops, bars and restaurants. The historic old town of Albufeira is a five minute drive and the golden beaches about 1 km.

There are many high quality golf courses in the vicinity to suit all standards of play. Within 3k there is an excellent course with driving range and clubhouse.

  • The en-suite Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed with two side tables and bedside lights, large built in wardrooms with spacious hanging and storage space and balcony with table and chairs. The en-suite bathroom has bath, shower over bath, washbasin with large cupboards, toilet and bidet. Safe. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and plenty of hanging and storage space. The second floor apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard in Italian cream leather and dark wood furniture. The two balconies, one in Lounge and one in Master bedroom give all day sun. There are fantastic panoramic views from the Lounge balcony over a nature reserve just outside the complex and to the sea in the distance with adult and children's swimming pools immediately below. There is allocated underground parking place and adequate ground level guest parking with a lift directly from the car park to the door of the apartment (car parking fobs can be hired from Marplus). Snack bar/restaurant and shops are on site with many others close by including a high class shopping mall. There is plenty to amuse the children with beaches less than a mile away and ZooMarine, Aqualand & Slide and Splash are only short rides away and trips to Cliff Richard's Vinyard. Cot is provided within the apartment and a High Chair available to rent at a small charge.

Great spacious apartment

My husband & I spent a week here in May and we loved staying here. We felt so at home as soon as we walked in the door. The furnishings are top notch and not old and tired like some rented places. I loved that we had a balcony off our master bedroom and another off the lounge so that meant sun sun sun morning, afternoon and evening... The other huge plus for us was the great choice of tv channels, we even had 4 irish channels so we didnt miss the news from home lol... The kitchen had all mod cons and gadgets so to eat in was not a problem. Our bed was so comfy which is very important and the pictures here are spot on and up to date. Marta who welcomed us was so friendly and we could call her anytime which gave us peace of mind. l wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment and we will definately be back..

superb apartment

we arrived at night but was met by david who shown us round the apartment and how everything worked, also supplied some groceries so we had something to eat and drink.

the apartment is perfect in every way and so well stocked with everything you have at home.

Very tastfully decorated and very clean

All ammenities very close by but far enough away as not to hear them

will be going back next year

Great Apartment

We have just returned from this apartment after 7 great nights. The apartment is wonderful, spacious & well equiped. The location is excellent. It is a 5 minute walk from the restaurants & bars at 'the strip' and also has supermarkets local as well. Amble space at the pools and is well maintained. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent Apartment

We have just returned from staying in this apartment for 10 days. My husband and 4 children ranging from 20 to 11. We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was spacious, very clean and everything you could possibly ask for was in it. We were walking distance from the Strip which meant we didn't need to use taxis. The area was quiet and very safe. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to holiday in Albuferia.

This holiday was the best holiday my family have been on, the appartment is excellent, beautifully decorated and really really spacious, more than enough room. It was a very homely appartment was better than home. It is in a great location for all the attractions Albufeira has to offer, the strip is about a 5min walk, beach 10min walk shops about a 5min walk. The owner Pamela Paul was great to always just a phone call away to answer any questions I had to ask, the company who looks after her appartment appartment were great aswell, she was there to meet us when we got there really nice lady she was only a phone call away if you needed anything aswell. I would recommend this appartment to everyone very high standard, clean and everything you could possibly need, you could not get better and me and my family will definitely be returning to here in the very near future, cant wait

Home from Home

I stayed in this apartment for 10 days with my husband, our children 13 and 8 and my 18 yr old brother. We all agreed that it was the best holiday experience we had had. As gorgeous as the apartment looks in the photos we really found that they did not do the apartment justice. We were amazed at how spacious and comfortable it was. The apartment is equipped with everything, and I mean everything you could possibly need on holiday. It really became a home from home.

The apartment block was quiet but we were only a 5min walk from "the Strip" which means we had the best of both worlds...no disturbed nights but no taxi rides needed for our meals out.

I have recommended this apartment to friends and family since our return and we would definately return ourselves.

One slight drawback for some might be the short supply of loungers at the pool area but in our opinion the standard of the apartment more than made up for this.

The apartment at Corcovada is located just minutes away from Albufeira town, which is a bustling historic old town with cobbled streets and narrow alleyways full of cafes and restaurants which contrast dramatically with the ultra modern Marina. The fantastic sandy beaches, bars and restaurants provide the ideal holiday location for all ages and are just a short walk away.
