COVID-19 VACATION

This was our alternative for the OBX.. THANKS COVID-19.. But it was a good trade ! The house is beautiful the furnishings are beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing. was very well equipped and clean although the hardwood floors were not very clean. but we COVID-19 CLEANED.. THANK YOU..

One bad apple!

Property was nice and complete. Taylor-Made Vacations was not so good. We had continuous problems with Taylor-Made who manages the property. We signed a contract and paid and we’re then told they wouldn’t honor the contract! We were forced to change our vacation days and this created some inconveniences. We like the area but will look for a different property manager next time. They were very rude and unprofessional with lies told over and over again. Avoid Taylor-Made Vacations!

This place had a lot of maintenance issues starting with the bathrooms and going onto the broken screens. The kitchen was very greasy. Stove and counter tops were dirty as were the dishes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great but with all the rain the game room sliding doors was leaking

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from Taylor Made for the past 5 years. This year's rental was a disappointment. It had been a while since house was cleaned,pans put away dirty, beds smelled musty. Kitchen not conducive for large crowd. I would not recommend this property.
