Self catered apartment sleeps 11/12 located between Savolyres and Hameau.

This spacious six bedroom apartment arranged over 2 floors, has a chalet style wooden interior and is located between Savolyres and Le Hameau. It Sleeps 11 - 12 persons.

The apartment has two living rooms and a balcony with stunning views overlooking Grand Combin, Ruinettes and Verbier. The large sunny main living room has a large working fireplace with comfortable seating and dining area. The second living room/ TV room has cosy sofas and is attached to the main kitchen. There is also a second kitchen usually used for breakfast and drinks which has a washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment has a welcoming atmosphere and is ideal for groups, families or corporate breaks.

There are 3 parking spaces available, wheelchair accessible, self catered, no smoking (except on balcony)

Vert Pre is a spacious six-bedroom apartment situated a short walk from Savoleyres ski lift and Les Esserts nursery slopes. The main lifts at Medran and the Place Central are both about a five-minute bus ride away using the regular free service. The apartment has a chalet-style wooden interior with accommodation arranged over two floors. There are two living rooms and a balcony with stunning views overlooking Grand Combin, Ruinettes and Verbier.

The apartment is self-catered (although a flexible catering package can be arranged for you if required) and is no smoking (except on the balcony). It is fully wheelchair accessible. There are three parking spaces available. The apartment has a very welcoming feel and is perfect for groups or families. We look forward to helping you plan your stay.

The apartment has a large lateral ground floor consisting of the main living room, dining area, tv room, 2 kitchens, 2 wc/showers, 1 wc and 2 bedrooms (Mt Fort and D'arbi). The main living room is large and light with a working fireplace, cosy sofas and a dining area. It is served by a kitchen, with a washing machine and dishwasher, usually used for breakfast and drinks. The second living room has a flat-screen TV, more sofas and has a second kitchen usually used for cooking.

Floor to ceiling doors running the length of the expansive living-room offer spectacular views over the mountains and lead onto a large balcony.

There are two narrow spiral staircases leading to separate upstairs areas - each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (Est - Petit Combin & Grand Combin and Ouest - Marlenaz & Robinson). The upstairs rooms have a charming attic feel with sloping ceilings. Two of the rooms, Grand Combin and Robinson, are mezzanines rooms with views over the Alps and open to the double height living rooms. The upstairs bathrooms both have baths however are small and functional.

There is a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, wifi, stereo with aux connection for ipod and also lots of films, toys, board games, cards for kids (and adults) to use during your stay.

This apartment is wheelchair accessible. We are on the second floor, but as my brother had a spinal cord injury we fitted a wheel chair lift. Mont Fort bedroom is on the ground floor of the apartment and the wet room is accessible. The large lateral living space is on the ground floor and so a wheelchair user can join in the fun!

Perfect!

Had a FANTASTIC week in this beautiful apartment. The property's description and location is entirely accurate.

It manages to be extremely spacious while still being cosy, is immaculately clean, very well maintained and contains everything you could need for your holiday. Our group was smaller but the apartment could easily take the 12 people it suggests. We had a great time as a group of friends in our 20s but the apartment would have been equally well suited to families with plenty of games, music, videos, television and even a fancy dress box!

The owner was extremely helpful before, during and after the trip with excellent suggestions for nearby ski hire/lessons etc. I would certainly recommend the property to a friend.

Many thanks for a great week and we will hopefully be back again

Fantastic stay at Vert Pre

A group of 11 friends went to Verbier in March12. The apartment is really well located, walking distance away from Savolyeres cabin and with a bus stop just in front were buses pick you up every 5 minutes to go to anywhere in Verbier valley. Everything is modern and clean, there is plenty of space to rest for the après ski and size is really big if compared to other ski apartments. Belinda, the owner, is really nice and makes things easy. Really recommend to come to VertPre. Thanks Belinda!

a perfect chalet for a family ski holiday. vert pre is in a great location, convenient to all verbier has to offer. with loads of room, we were very comfortable throughout our stay. highly recommended!

We spend a wonderful famely ski week

I sugest that when turists arrive there sould be someone to show the way in and how the machines work and recive the house when tourists leave.

Currently guests let themselves into the apartment which has worked well to date as guests have total flexibility on arrival times. I am available by phone for any questions and Carla our housekeeper is based locally and is on hand to come to the apartment if needed. I understand that our electrician had unplugged the freezer a few days before your arrival whilst installing the new dishwasher so I arranged for Carla to be at the apartment within half an hour to help. Great appartment

This is a great apartment, which very comfortably accommodates 2 families with separate sleeping arrangements and common living and dinning areas. All amenities included. We had a great time. Well situated for both winter and summer vacations.
