Superb location and the best equipped property ever.

We loved the south facing position, the outside kitchen, living in the lanai and the wonderful heated pool. The barbecue was excellent and sundowners on the jetty by the canal were special. We rented a boat to tie up alongside; we saw dolphins near Picnic Island, and loved cruising the canals, all the way up San Carlos to Veterans Parkway. The Owners have put a lot of thought into providing all the extra pool toys and to Brits, the 62" tv was HUGE! Not really a criticism, more a suggestion, one or maybe two pieces of furniture in the bedrooms would be more than enough as there are built in closets everywhere, and no bar stools in the food prep area of the kitchen (we put them in the garage) so that the drawers and cupboards can be accessed and the worktop used. More room for people! Also even in February the lovely big comforters and pillow shams were far too hot, maybe something light and New England style? We only used a sheet and cotton blanket. Hoping to return next winter and would definitely recommend to friends.

Little bit for everyone!

This was the perfect get away for our family over a quick spring break trip. The property was VERY clean, pool was nice and warm and with the dock right outside the screened in porch it allowed everyone the chance to relax and have a good time. My son loved fishing off the dock and the owners were kind enough to leave us some fishing poles so we didn't have to try and pack any along! I would definitely stay here again.

South Facing Pool house: This means the back yard faces south the pool gets sun from early in the morning to late in the evening making your vacation days longer.
The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!
