Enjoy your own private home right on the Gulf. There are two buildings on the property.

This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home has spectacular gulf front views. The unit will be appointed with the finer amenities (dishes, bed linens, towels, etc.) one would expect at a high end hotel or B&B.

There is a screened in gulf front patio with spectacular, panoramic, unobstructed, pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit overlooks the gulf and offers a serene setting with waves crashing onto the rocks just steps from your door.

Manasota Key is known for its lush vegetation and white sandy beaches just off the coast of Englewood. Kayaking, jet skiing, snorkeling, parasailing and various other activities are available on this quaint island. Its location is within comfortable driving distance to Sarasota, Tampa, and Fort Myers. Sarasota airport is closest (45 mins.) Fort Meyers airport is an hour and 20 mins. Tampa airport is an hour and 40 mins. Sarasota and Tampa have the best car rental rates.

NO NEED TO LUG MAJOR ITEMS TO THIS UNIT. Beach umbrellas and chairs are free to take to the public beaches. We have plenty of beach towels and coolers as well and pretty much anything you'll need to make a day at the beach comfortable. Just ASK before you come to see if we have it!

Beautiful gulf front house

This house is actually on the Gulf of Mexico and did not fail to meet our expectations, and along with the owners made our stay absolutely delightful. Pictures of the sunset don't do justice to the real thing which was while sitting out on the balcony with a drink and watching the sun set made for a perfect end to the day. The house has everything you could ask for and we must admit it was very hard to leave. Manasota Key has the feeling that you are in a place that oozes tranquility and yet has everything for everyone from deserted beaches to lively bars and really fine dining. Francine made the booking extremely easy and was a very attentive host and should we have needed anything I am sure would not have hesitated in helping. Would without a second thought recommend a stay in this house and location as you will not be disappointed. We will be arranging dates for a return visit as soon as possible. A big thanks to Francine and husband Fred for a very memorable vacation.

Awesome

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect beachfront property with spectacular sunsets. Plenty of outdoor seating for dolphin watching, panoramic view of the gulf from the lanai and living room, and a 2 person deck off second floor bedroom. Highly recommend.
