Clearview Waters is a prestige modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom House with 160 degree elevated water views over the Dockside Mildura Marina. It is within 300 metres of the start of the Mildura Riverfront Development, 350 metres from Dockside Cafe and within 1.3 kilometres of Mildura's renowned Feast Street gourmet dining precinct.

The Villa is ideally suited for up to 4 couples as well as Corporate clientele. It boasts two upstairs bedrooms each with ensuite, robes and king beds (one is splittable into 2 singles) and two downstairs bedrooms comprising 2 king beds (one is splittable into 2 singles) both with ready access to the feature bathroom.

Features to the accommodation include:
> New 75” TV to living (with Netflix, Foxtel, etc) and smart TV's to the bedrooms.
> Strong Wi Fi connection.
> New leather reclining lounge suite.

Ideally suited for families and up to 4 couples. The Villa is in an established residential area and it is not available for hens and bucks nights, adult sporting trips and parties. These rules are strictly applied.

Tranquil resort style accommodation awaits. North facing for winter sunshine on the patio and lounge. A weekend booking? - then stay an extra night(s) at reduced Thursday and Sunday night tariffs. Walking distance to Mildura’s famous ‘Feast Street’ restaurant precinct, splash park, riverfront and paddlesteamer wharf.

If you have a speedboat, jet ski or fishing boat we can provide a nearby secure mooring site in the Marina close to Clearview Waters at a slightly extra cost. Gated key access with power and town water.

Family Wedding

Property was magnificent could not fault a thing. Attention to detail down to welcome pack was awesome. Communication throughout booking to arrival was outstanding. Photos of house do not do justice how spectacular the home is to relax & have a good time. We look forward to returning. Highly recommend 😀

Really great place, everything you could ever need, extremely clean and spacious. Excellent location, lovely walk along riverfront to main shopping/eating street, I highly recommend Chris’s place.

Perfect in everyway!

This beautifully designed, quiet and stylish home was well appointed and suited an 8 memeber family weekend away perfectly. We all found the beds comfortable, while the kitchen and bathrooms contained everything we needed. We all made use of the spa which relaxed muscles after a hard day, as did the massage chair. In the mornings we were blessed with lovely sunrises, complimented by the grand pelicans, making it a perfectly relaxing location.

Yolanta and I are semi retired and when Clearview Waters is booked out we live on our little old houseboat on the Murray River. We love Mildura, it's river and it's great restaurant scene.

In 2011 we commenced building our dream home within the new Dockside Mildura Marina precinct and 18 months later moved in in October 2012. To be able to wake up in the morning and look out over the water and have breakfast out on the balcony are special moments we treasure and we now offer guests the opportunity to experience the same pleasures.
