About this property

One block from eveywhere you want to go to in Yamba. This great holiday house is right in centre of town so you can park the car and walk everywhere. It has all you need to enjoy your stay plus a little more.

One BLOCK to Yamba's thriving main street where you can try a different cafe every day of the week. One BLOCK to Main Beach and only a little further to Turners & Whiting (left) or Pippi Beach (right). One BLOCK to the Golf Course (duck down the back lane) or a little further to the right and you will be on the bowling green.

After a day of being out and about you can head up the hill to quench your thirst at the Pacific Hotel and try spot our local dolphin pod playing in the waves. If the hill is too much go down the street to the Woobly Chook to sample some locally brewed refreshers or simply throw a steak on the BBQ outback and unwind into "Yamba Time".

This is a fully fenced DOG FRIENDLY property.
ONE dog only. Your dog must be desexed, flea treated, vaccinated and over 12 months old (no puppies allowed).

Great week.

It was great just as we expected. Our dog loved it there. Close to town . The table tennis table was good fun . I even tried the piano a few times Enjoyed the week. Ruth was excellent to deal with

Perfect location

The location is perfect. Short walk to river, surf beaches, off lead dog friendly beach, as. well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Great Property Amazing Location

Our little family including our two furkids thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent here and we've booked again. Being able to walk to EVERYTHING in Yamba is great. Remember though that the house is like a bare boat rental, there is no linen (unless requested) and no food, oli, salt, sugar, coffee or tea in the cupboards. BYO dishwasher tablets, dish liquid and garbage bags. We were a bit out of practice so a quick trip to Coles was required. A great games room downstairs left us rather addicted to table tennis. Loved our break and love Yamba!
