Comfortable family home with pool in great location close to river and parks.
Recently renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms.
Three bedrooms; queen downstairs with ensuite bathroom, queen and king upstairs with shared bathroom and downstairs cloakroom with shower.
Across the road from a beautiful park with exercise facilities, short 350 metre stroll to the Swan River with its beautiful vistas and riverside walks, together with various other nearby parks and playgrounds.
Claremont Quarter, about 1km away, provides extensive shopping and restaurant options.
Transport close by with short walk, either 250 metres or 330 metres, to bus stops and Claremont station less than 1km walking distance.
Buses to City, 7kms away, and the renowned Cottesloe beach, 3kms away.
There are extensive bikeways in the area, particularly along the river, and bikes are available with advance notice.
Parking for two cars and ample additional parking across the road.
Longer term rates are available subject to negotiation with the owner.

Having lived in Perth for over 12 years, our expectations for renting this property was extremely high and it did not disappoint. The house catered for the 6 of us with ease and we did not want for anything. Gill and Mark came and saw us and it was so nice having that support. For anyone looking to rent a holiday property in Perth, I promise you that you wont find better. This property and Gill and Mark are highly recommended

Great house, great location. We loved it!
The house is light, airy and spacious. We found it to be very well equipped and the kitchen had lots of supplies already in it, which was greatly appreciated for our short stay. The pool is beautiful, warm, but with good shade cover for when they sun gets too much. Thanks Gill :-)

During covid 19 I had to ship my family over from NSW for work and we stay here in Claremont up to 6 months the owners of the property were very warm and welcoming and the location was safe for me and my family
