The Glasshouse is a perfect property for all seasons. For summer, all bedrooms open onto a delightful courtyard with outside seating, dining and BBQ. In winter, the northern sunlight filters in through the huge windows all day making it the perfect place to find a sunny window seat or seat to snuggle up in one of the many cosy blankets.
The interiors are chic and minimalist with iconic modernist furniture, original artworks, a beautiful bathroom and full-length glass doors leading to the large courtyard with barbecue and armchairs parked in the sun.
The property has two stylishly appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom can be configured with 2 single beds or with a large, comfy King bed.

With an enormous dining table, outdoor dining area with table and chairs x2, and well equipped kitchen, the property is perfect for those who like to cook or entertain. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything required including cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware.
The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine. Pantry staples are provided.

Elwood is a bayside suburb just 8kms from Melbourne CBD.
The Glasshouse is a short walk to the local village where you will be spoilt for choice for fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops. It has easy access to the city, with a bus stop just 100 metres away, and secure parking for 1-2 cars in the basement garage.
