With breathtaking ocean, beach & bush views, the house features reverse cycle Split-system Air-Conditioning and Wood Fire in the living area downstairs, spacious front & back decks with outdoor furniture and BBQ which make the most of the excellent location.

Wye's Choice is perfect for families with kids and furry friends, featuring a fully fenced enclosed section with grass and trees for shade, as well as two enclosed deck areas.

The entrance level has an open plan living area with plenty of comfy couches to take in the glorious views, or snuggle fireside in the chill of winter. There is a classic stereo system with CD, tape deck and record turntable. Browse through the eclectic collection onsite, or bring your favorites with you. The speaker system is also connected upstairs to the master bedroom. The TV receives good digital reception and has a DVD/VCR player.

The renovated gourmet kitchen has gas cook top, electric wall oven, espresso pod coffee machine & all cooking pots, pans and utensils, including cake tins and mix master for fun holiday baking. The large walk in pantry includes a stock of basic pantry provisions to get you started.

Just off the kitchen is another bedroom (no bedroom door provided for this room), with a wall mounted TV with PS2, Wii console & plenty of games & DVD's.

A great feature of Wye's Choice is the indoor/outdoor dining area - with a closable pergola roof & concertina glass doors, you can choose to dine inside or outside.

Step outside to an enormous deck with fantastic ocean views, built in BBQ, chiminea heater, sun lounges and another large dining table. This front ocean facing deck receives sun all through the day. The deck wraps around three sides of the house, and is fully enclosed with a spring loaded side gate for the security of pets and small kids.

The entry level has a bathroom with toilet, shower & laundry facilities.

The second bathroom is on the first floor, and has a bath, shower and toilet.

The first floor leads to a large landing with the three bedrooms and bathrooms coming off from this area.

Fantastic family stay

The house was so cosy and well equipped with everything that you could need. The deck and fireplaces were well used during our stay and it was only a short walk to the beach and for coffee. We were not aware that one of the bedrooms did not have a door on it which was disappointing but overall, a great place to stay with fantastic views.

Wye Views

A typical 80s style beach house that has kept its kitsch touch, but with updated and modernised kitchen. Lovely touches and dog friendly our pooches and kids had an absolute blast. Perfect spot for a 4 day long weekend break with easy access to the beach without the killer hills other parts of Wye has… but oh and the views from that deck and waking up to the ocean - to die for! Million dollar views from the deck and bedrooms!

A gorgeous place for a summer break

We loved our stay with several teenagers and our family dog. Beautiful house, so close to the beach and with incredible views. We spent much of our time on the glorious deck. When we had rainy days there were plenty of comfy spots to curl up. Would definitely recommend this property.
