ROSEBUD FAMILY HOLIDAY RETREAT

Situated in the quiet part of Rosebud, this fully renovated home is the perfect house for a family holiday or weekend away. The house has two bathrooms and four bedrooms, two with Queen beds, one with four single bunk beds and the other with a double base and single bunk on top, all up accomodating eleven people. This house would be great for two/three families happy to share, with plenty of off-street parking.

Close to various attractions such as the Peninsula Hot Springs, Arthur's Seat, Enchanted Adventure Garden, Golf Courses and Wineries. Only minutes drive to Rosebud beach/pier and easy access to freeways. FREE WI-FI and access to Netflix and Youtube via the Smart TV, also provided with a DVD player. Board Games provided for children for those wet days.

A fully-contained kitchen. All linen/bedding and towels provided for the stay. Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. A BBQ provided in the furnished outdoor area.

The house contains three reverse-cycle air conditioners for cooling and heating. Additionally, the house has an energy efficient heat exchange circulating the air from the roof space throughout the house. Two rooms contain ceiling fans.

Amazing

Easter break

Property better than expected from photos! Very clean and modern. Beds quite hard and no games or things to amuse kids so bring your own. Lots of beds and outdoor area would be nice in summer.

Very cosy and clean place to Stay

House was very clean and tidy, lots of beds only downfall was main bed was very very squeaky to the point turning around was an issue. Apart from that I highly recommend this lovely property.
