Light and spacious lounge and dining areas.

Fine weather So no issues really with cold or heat Everything we needed was provided Aircon did not work and lots of dog Pooh to negotiate though

Great Base for Riding Derby Trails

My wife and son and dog enjoyed staying at A Place To Stay in Derby. Just a short ride to the trails. And Pet Friendly! We accidentally left something and Kate took the time to mail it back to us. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs

The house is in a great location, was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, and was perfect for our family, including our little Jack Russell. Thanks Kate and Tim for a great stay.
