Waves on Overlook (28 Overlook Drive), is a beach house, great place for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.

Recently renovated beach house situated on quite block with established trees and large yard. Within 7 minute walk to Inverloch surf beach and quick stroll to the esplanade walking/bike path into town.

The property features 2 bedrooms, living room and an sliding stacker door to the outdoor area with BBQ and seating to enjoy the sounds of the surf beach.

Included with property is: Plush mattress toppers, pillows and doona's for the beds supplied.

The modern kitchen is well stocked with tea towels, dinnerware and glasses, platters and cooking equipment. The basic salt, pepper, oils, dish washing detergent and washing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar etc is also provided. The laundry has a front loader washing machine with washing powder provided.

The house has a Nespresso Coffee Machine.

Inverloch is in close proximity to a host of attractions including the popular tourist destinations of Phillip Island and Wilsons Promontory.

Waves on Overlook is within a short walk to Inverloch Surf beach and the family friendly inlet beaches. Were you can also enjoy a warm outdoor shower on your return.

A short bike ride or walk from the house and you can enjoy the restaurants, cafes and shops in nearby Abeckett Street. The slightly larger town of Wonthaggi is also just a short 10 minute drive away.

Perfect weekend getaway

Cosy and comfortable

Perfect for our night away with our daughter and her little friend. Walk to the beach and a short drive to town. Comfortable beds, a good layout, and a great shower! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect getaway

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the real milk (1L) in the fridge and the coffee bags and strong tea bags. Comfy bed and great shower. Great position close to beach. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Quiet neat comfy house

Very comfortable beds. We stayed for one night as we attended a function in the area. The house was in a quiet and convenient spot. Would recommend to a family or couple.

Absolutely brilliant place

Someone else said this place was exceptional and I have to fully agree. It had everything we wanted and more. Wonderful mix of tasteful functional layout and accessories making for a very relaxing beach holiday. You spoiled us with the. Nespresso Machine and automatic milk frother. Thanks so much!!!!
