Great Location Large House on Half Acre Block

This is a huge, solid home, built in the 70's, when large bedrooms and kitchens and spacious living areas were the norm. We have set the house up with work crews in mind, coming to Gladstone for work and a clean safe home to return to each night.

ALL 5 BEDROOMS HAVE SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONERS FOR COMFORTABLE SLEEP YEAR ROUND.

The size also makes it an ideal short term rental for family groups coming to Gladstone, an excellent base for when you are visiting the surrounding areas including the beautiful Heron Island. Less than ten minutes drive to the Gladstone Marina.

Fully self contained, with linen provided. 2 full sized refrigerators, 2 washing machines, large bedrooms, timber floors, plenty of off street parking as the house is centered on the half acre block.

Gas BBQ on the rear deck, front deck overlooks Gladstone out to the Harbour.
Central location, very close to the airport and main shopping precinct, Kin Kora. Just minutes from the CBD.

This is our 3rd time staying. Brilliant! Huge house with heaps of space for three teenagers, and mum and dad. Clean, excellent location, everything you could possibly need. Wonderful owners. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my family of teenagers and it had plenty of space for us all. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, centrally located, very clean. Highly recommend staying here.
