This beautiful home is located in one of the most exclusive streets in Brighton, in the Golden Mile. It is a two minute walk to the beach and the bayside bike and walking trails. You are surrounded by spectacular mansions and homes in this famous Brighton street.

This extremely private property is located minutes from Brighton's best beaches. It is a short walk to the iconic Brighton Bathing Boxes, Brighton Pier and plenty of fabulous cafes. Wind your way along the bayside walking and bike trail and enjoy the beautiful vistas! Hire a bike and ride from Port Melbourne to Mordialloc and stop at the yacht clubs along the way to enjoy the views and fresh sea air.

The home itself is located on vast grounds and is down a long tree lined driveway. It is completely private and secluded and once the front gate is closed you are in your own secure oasis. The garden is lush and can be enjoyed from every room in the house. The large outdoor deck is sun drenched all day and works seamlessly with the living room for indoor outdoor living. This is the ultimate living with lush gardens, privacy and beautiful spaces. The four burner barbecue makes outdoor entertaining a pleasure. Get the family and friends together and spend hours relaxing and enjoying the gardens and large outdoor spaces. The gardens are glorious for kids! A long driveway to play in, gardens to run around and plenty of options for hide and seek.

The house was very comfortable and in a great location for the beach. The owners were helpful and contactable. They were happy to address any issues we had. It was really helpful that we were able to have our dog with us- she loved the property too.

Great leafy location
We stayed here for a month whilst our property was being renovated. Lovely, quiet, leafy house close to the beach and in one of Brighton’s nicest areas. Clean, good facilities and easy communication with owners when necessary. Highly recommend.

Great Location and Well-Maintained
The property is ideally located in Brighton; within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. It was also spacious, well-maintained and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Brighton.
