The Palm Beach Holiday House has a spectacular waterfront location. Just walk a few steps to the crystal clear waters of Palm Beach or relax on the balconies and gaze at the stunning views. Only 40 minutes from Perth, 20 minutes from Fremantle and a comfortable stroll to the cafe's, shops and restaurants on the Rockingham Foreshore. This is the perfect relaxing holiday getaway location.

The light airy interior of the beach house is refurbished with contemporary comfortable furnishings and is laid out over 3 split levels. The ground floor consists of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area all boasting beautiful sea views. Walk out of the glass sliding doors to an outdoor eating area beside the front lawn which overlooks the beach. A laundry and powder room is also located on this level. Up just a few steps to the three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a queen sized master room, a double room and one bedroom with bunks.

Up a further few steps to a generous sized second living area and balcony with BBQ. This level has spectacular views of the Sound, Garden Island and the beach.

A lovely outdoor courtyard at the rear of the property provides another more private and protected outdoor space for BBQ's and relaxing.

Off street and undercover parking is provided in the double garage which has direct access into the downstairs living area.

wonderful spot

the position is very good. The property has every thing you require. Because we are getting older it would have been good to have had a handrail up the stairs to the front of the property. A small point the clothes drying area was very good but we had to supply our own clothes pegs. We are looking forward to booking again next year

Wonderful house in fantastic location!

We (family of 4, 2 kids) stayed in the property for 3 weeks. The property had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Lovely and quiet with a beautiful view from the front, a handy BBQ on the balcony. Nice stroll to local cafe and the shops/restaurants. Perfect!

Great location for a family stay

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the location for a bit over two weeks. We absolutely loved the house and its location (ocean view, proximity to restaurants etc.) Would visit again.

Great location

Great location. Views from upper deck were amazing and the walk into town on the path was easy and convenient. The overall cleanliness of the place is lacking and furnishings worn out. But based on location and views still good value for money
