The kids can be kept busy with the villa pool (shared) or right next door is a sports park offering wide open spaces, with basketball courts, soccer fields, play ground and skate park.

The kitchen is fully stocked with general cookware as well as the basics; oil, salt/pepper, sugar, tea/coffee, milk. Groceries can be purchased at the convenience store in walking distance and there is also a coffee shop, bakery, chemist and the Boathouse Tavern - popular for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
