Close to Paradise, this brand-new house is set on a ridge in the Barham River valley just behind Apollo Bay. Just under 10 minutes drive from the township and all that the Great Ocean Road has to offer this property is the perfect place to retreat and relax and recharge.

Contemporary, stylish, spacious, and superb are the first words that come to mind to describe this property. As you walk in the initial wow factor is a massive handcrafted dining table that comfortably seats 12. Setting the scene the surrounding living and kitchen area are truly remarkable and immediately call out for good food, wine, and friends. The kitchen is impressive with remarkable features including a bird's eye view of the nearby mountains - you'll easily spot the eagles as they soar by. Flowing off this area are two large decks with BBQ and an outdoor setting allowing for easy indoor and outdoor living.

The main level of the house hosts the open plan living area with a wood fire and split system, three bedrooms with queen size beds, a second lounge/kids retreat with all the entertainment trimmings, and cleverly designed to incorporate 2 sets of bunks. An egg shell-shaped bath is the central feature of its dedicated room with a separate bathroom, laundry, and powder room.
Downstairs is the master bedroom and en-suite. All of the bedrooms have fantastic views of the surrounding Otways forest and majestic gums. With quality furnishings and fit-out throughout this holiday rental will not disappoint.

Please be advised that our steep driveway may require 4-wheel drive cars for a smoother ascent.

Paradise In the hills

Beautiful property In the hills with lovey views. Birds are highlight feeding them In the morning. Some even come and eat out of your hand. Gorgeous house with beautiful kitchen and l room for everyone. Would recommend and will definately be staying there again

What a Spot!!

The property was absolutely awesome. Well above our expectations. Felt like we were living amongst the tree tops. The main room was awesome and huge with plenty of room to enjoy the wood fire. Bedrooms were great with heating in each room. Birdlife was wonderful to see. Couldn't fault the property or house itself, however, did feel the cleaning company wasn't as diligent as it could have been. Would definitely recommend to friends and return ourselves.

Eagle Ridge House and Environs Fabulous

The house was in every way suitable for the five of us, and many more would have has ample space. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. And the garden and hillsides around were just amasing. I could have stayed in the Barham Valley each day, but of course went further westwards.
