Located in the gorgeous, little surf town of Skenes Creek, and split over four levels with superb ocean views and a leisurely 5-minute stroll to the beach, this pet friendly house provides plenty of space and relaxed comfort for families and friends to enjoy.

Beach access is easy by walking along the service road (Motts Lane), until you’re across the road from the Skenes Creek beach car park and take the steps onto the sand.

The lounge features a magnificent stone open fireplace with ocean views stretching across to Apollo Bay. You can sit in the expansive 8-seater lounge with a glass of red, watching the ever-changing skies and ocean, in rain, wind or sunshine.

Both the lounge and the rumpus/second living area have Blu ray systems and an extensive catalogued Blu-ray and DVD library is available for guests' use, and there are also several streaming services connected. Foxtel and a PlayStation 3 are also available in the second living area. Other features include a well-stocked library, including cookbooks and Board games.

The house has an enormous deck with views of the Skenes Creek beach break, glass balcony and outdoor seating for 10. With part of the deck north facing, it offers a sunny place to relax and be mesmerised for hours by the waves breaking on the beach. When you sit quietly with your morning coffee, you will frequently be joined by some of the many lovely local birds, including the tiny fairy wrens, the willie wagtails, and occasionally a magnificent king parrot.

The spacious kitchen is well appointed and includes a dishwasher. If you love to cook then it is likely that this kitchen will be stocked with what you need, with plenty of baking dishes and even a slow cooker. The large dining table has seating for ten. Memories will be made in this home that is built for families to relax and have fun together.

The main bedroom is set on the top level and has a king bed with stunning ocean views, where you go to sleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sunrise over the beach break. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers accommodation for up to four guests with another Queen bed and one set of king single bunks. The beds are very comfortable with the king and queen beds all recently upgraded to new Koala beds and mattresses.

The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with handrail, heated tiled floor and a massive rain shower head, and a recent addition to the home is a new powder room (also with handrail). There is also a hot outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and surf boards.
