A private, wooded and secluded log cabin that is furnished with native rustic decor, turn-key and affordable to the ambitious traveler. The cabin is located near the town of Bellaire and is just 5-minutes from SHANTY CREEK RESORTS. The area offers some of the finest skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile trails, hiking, hunting, golfing, boating and fishing in the State of Michigan. The area is close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Mackinac Island as well as many other local attractions. SHANTY CREEK RESORTS offers something for everyone and can be a year-round destination. Many amenities are provided to offer you a wonderful vacation experience. Special note to golfers: There are nine regulation golf courses within 5-miles and others are within 20 minutes. The cabin is also provided with central heating & air conditioning. *Professionally cleaned & sanitized prior to each and every guest.

Beautiful Cabin

Beautiful cabin surrounded by woods. Very quiet little to no traffic. No internet however we made it work. You will want to bring your own DVD’s if you have a certain taste in movies. Make sure to bring coffee with you. One packet was provided. Nice cookware. For anyone who needs a soft mattress they are firm. 😊. Wonderful stay!! Recommend!

CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EVERYTHING !!! The Bellaire area offers something for everyone. Many outdoor activities are accessable throughout the year. There is the lower chain-of-lakes that provides great fishing, Traverse City, a tourist town with many attractions during the summer months, and Shanty Creek Resorts, which is three small resorts in one location offering a variety of winter and summer sport activities and family fun throughout the year. For golfers, our cabin is in close proximity to fourteen regulation golf courses.
