You'll be drawn immediately to the back deck that overlooks Donner Lake and the surrounding mountains. Inside, the living room isn't a bad place to spend your time either and features a floor to ceiling custom granite and wood fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, and is equipped with stainless steel top-of-the line appliances including a Wolf 6 burner gas range.

The large primary suite completes the main floor and offers access to the back deck, a large flat-screen TV and ensuite bath with large glass shower. Above the great room, your guests will love the game room, offering comfy seating around the flatcreen TV, a dedicated game table, piano, and dedicated work space. A sofa sleeper is ideal for groups needing an extra sleeping space.

Downstairs hosts another spacious primary suite that ensures no one feels slighted.
