No.40 was originally known as the Echuca East Milkbar for over 80 years. After an extensive refurbishment, it is now one of the most sort after rental properties in the area.

Echuca shop

A drive to the main street but a quiet location. Full of great games to keep everyone entertained, the kids barely looked at their devices. We loved the house.

A Unique Oasis

This is a delightful property with quite unique features, having been converted from a corner store. Wonderfully large lounge spaces are complemented by a modern kitchen/meals area and plenty of bedrooms. Off-street parking is also a bonus. The wealth of internal space has permitted a range of innovative items, such as a pool table, poker table and bar. This is really a treasure within suburbia. Highly recommended.
