The apartment is ideal for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Ideal for a group of friends or two-couples and business corporates. Large apartment of 110 sqm (1200sqft) area with 2-bedrooms in a price of one hotel room with same great services and 5 star amenities.

Guests are warmly welcomed with a welcome basket which caters a healthy breakfast by milk, cornflakes, bread, butter, Jam, Juices, Cookies, chips, chocolates, etc. The basket is refilled every alternate day.

We are very centrally located in a very peaceful location at the same time the best of the night clubs (LPK, Tittos, Mambos, Club Cabana) are hardly 10minutes drive. Candolim beach and Calangute beach both are within 1km from property, other famous beaches Anjuna & Vagator are 15 minutes drive. The coolest of the beach shacks are just throw away distance. Within close proximity are the super markets, historic forts & churches, best restaurants & Bars and much more to make your holidays a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

House Rules:
1. Accomodation Per apartment : 4 adults and 2 children below 5 years age using existing bed.
2. Person above 5 years age chargeable on extra bed. Extra bed available on request - Subject to availability and charges applicable
3. Maids accomodation also available in apartments servant room. Charges applicable.
