The Property boasts magnificent views of Lady Bay and Natural Coastal Dunes. Only minutes from the CBD- literally a 5 minute-4 block walk to the Dining and Entertainment precinct of Warrnambool.

This property is ideally located with a 3 minute to the Lady Bay Beach and Boardwalk. All of the Ocean attractions are only just minutes away. Surf Beach, Swimming Beach, Cafes, Restaurants, Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground, Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village, Tourist information Centre, Penguin (Middle Island) are just an easy 3-10 minute walk. Shops, banks, supermarkets are only minutes away. The Art Gallery and Light House Theatre are 4.5 Short blocks away.
The train station is a leisurely 8 -10 minute walk.

The house is spacious and well located, with views of the ocean.

The house can accommodate two families, with the lower floor being almost a separate apartment (no real kitchen). The beds are comfortable. Four boogie board and several beach towels were provided - this was a nice touch since we had none of these (coming from Europe). The location is optimal, being only a ten minute walk either to downtown Warrnambool or to the beach. Arriving at the beach, it is only another 10-15 minute walk to the patrolled beach area. The Warrnambool to Melbourne train line is just across the road, so one see’s the diesel trains now and then pass by (which was fun for the kids who were used to electric trains). The kitchen is well outfitted and the owners provide milk and bread upon our arrival. There is a capsule coffee machine (not nespresso) with refills available at aldi. We had a lovely week at the house and can recommend the house without reservation. Thanks to the owners.

Brilliant location with a great view and very spacious house. All the comforts one could require

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in La Bella View. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the small touches to make us feel welcome, such as fresh bread, butter, spreads and milk. The house was very comfortable and perfect for families. Thank you Alison for a great stay in Warrnambool. .
