Awarded the 2020 Travellers Choice award, and the 2019 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor for providing consistently outstanding experiences and whose owners offer first-class customer service to their guests, Windsors Edge Residence & Homestead is located on 125 acres in the heart of the Hunter wine region, with magnificent views over vineyards to the stunning Brokenback Range.

The Estate consists of 'The Residence', with 5 bedrooms, a refreshing swimming pool, plus a full size tennis court. Just a few minutes walk away is 'The Homestead', a large 4 bedroomed property. The Estate also has a cellar door and you can stroll to the fantastic Amandas on the Edge restaurant. Both of these properties are nestled in their own quiet secluded spot overlooking Rothbury Creek.

The property will sleep up to 29 guests between the Residence & Homestead and if you require accommodation for a larger number then there are also 2 two-bedroomed cottages available.

Windsors Edge Residence is a large 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated at the front of the Estate, with a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor area to enjoy with company. It has a large kitchen and a huge dining room with space to seat 20, plus a lovely music room with open fire.

Windsors Edge Homestead is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom homestead located approximately 300 metres from the Residence, next to the best Shiraz vines, with lovely views and with total privacy assured. The Homestead has a huge en-suite with spa within the master bedroom and spacious kitchen, dining and living areas.

Without leaving the Estate you can relax on your private verandah with a glass of wine and enjoy the views, have a refreshing swim and a game of tennis on the synthetic grass court. Finish your day with a tasting of some award winning wines at the cellar door, or perhaps dinner at Amanda's on the Edge...all in walking distance from your accommodation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

We really loved how the accommodation was set up with a table long enough to seat all guests inside and out. Lots of space, with enough plates, cutlery, bedding and towels. It was a shame that the house was very untidy. All of the guests that stayed with me noticed different parts of the house being very dirty (e.g. showers were dusty/dirty, corners of the floor were also very dusty). It seems like after a guest leaves, the tables are wiped and that is all. Other than that, great location and plenty of room for a large group! Thank you! :)

Great property for a range of age groups! Tennis space a great addition for ball games with outside seating for adult catching up and supervision! Comfortable bedding and well equipped kitchen for entertaining families We were also lucky with the weather !

Great spot
We had the place for a group of friends away for the weekend and it was perfect. Everything we needed, plenty of communal space but everyone also had their own room, pool was the perfect antidote to a few 35+ degree days
