The southwest has become a mecca for culinary talent and world leading wines with regions such as Margaret River producing the world’s best cabernet sauvignons and the Ferguson Valley remaining a hidden gem but one which will bring a smile to your face.
Literally on the marina at Port Geographe, this fully self contained property is extremely well equipped, making this exclusive townhouse a home from home. Brand new with all modern appliances, this home would suit active weekenders who wish to maximize daytrips, boaties looking for a land base, or those who just love to relax by the water. It is not uncommon to watch dolphins frolic in the marina just metres from you as you sip a cool beverage on your own decking. The views are simply incredible.
The newly developed Port Geographe foreshore offers plenty of wide walkways to the beach, open lawns, BBQ's and a natural style children's adventure playground. There is also a protected swimming lagoon to enjoy that safe dip in the heat of the day. This is all just a short stroll from your home.

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Great location great property
The property was easy to locate, once inside the place was even bigger than expected. There were 3 bathrooms which was unexpected but excellent. The living room was very large and the heating was quick. The wharf was a lovely serene area to sit and eat. Just around the corner was the best restaurant we ate at in a long time called the Deck.

The weather was wild but the property ensured we were dry and safe. Great location extraordinary kitchen. Property is actually bigger than appears in photos. Would thoroughly recommend.

Calm views and Quiet
Unit has everything you need. Well stocked essentials. Walk in and walk out. Didn't try the kayaks as water was a bit low to launch. Bikes need some chain oil. House was clean and easy to get in. Very relaxing looking out the main window and netflix was a bonus. Great range of games too. Nice place to holiday.
