About this property

Ranch style home ideally located in California’s Central Coast Wine Region, just minutes to wineries, and 20 minutes to the coast and San Luis Obispo, one hour to Hearst Castle. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a half-acre lot with large patio, pool, BBQ and ping pong. Spacious three-bedroom home with two queen beds and one king bed. Two full bathrooms, large covered patio with gas BBQ and ping pong table, and darts. Beautiful pool area to cool off in or sit back and relax next to the pool after a day of wine tasting and enjoy the sunset. Large yard with lots of trees to relax in. Our resident cat Molly will be here to greet you.

Lovely comfy bright home. The swimming pool was great too. Kids loved the pool toys

We visited Hearst castle and local vineyards and SAN Luis Obispo. It was a great holiday. Roomy comfy house. Great kitchen, well stocked and the swimming pool and garden is a real bonus.

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Place was very clean and equipped with whatever we needed for a long weekend get away. Molly the cat is a superb host 😀- we and the kids loved hanging out with her.

Lovely house and pool with friendly cat

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is great for our family as far as comfort, location and the pool. Molly, the resident cat is very friendly and nice to have around.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Jill and John are excellent hosts who quickly answered our questions and made us feel very welcome. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, so it was peaceful and yet close to everything we needed. This house was better-stocked than any I've ever stayed in. The pool is great--big and so clean. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio reading (and me with a lapful of sweet Molly, our resident Tabby) watching some unusual and very welcome rain. Every aspect of this rental is 5-star. I hope that we will be able to come back. Thank you, Jill and John!
