This quintessential Australian beachhouse offers timber floors throughout the upstairs level which comprises of lounge, two bedrooms, main bathroom and large eat-in kitchen. Upstairs flows to a sunny wrap-around NE aspect terrace ideal for summer afternoon BBQ's overlooking the crystal blue waters of Jimmys Beach. Downstairs is the third bedroom which has been set up as a self-contained flat, second bathroom and laundry plus an extra large drive-through garage. Ideal holiday home just a 2hr drive from Sydney, 5 minutes to Tea Gardens & an hour to the vineyards & airport. Shops, cafes & a surf beach close by and the beautiful boating, fishing, water skiing playground of Myall River also just a short stroll away. Sleeps 8.

Holiday Bliss

Loved the house we stayed in , the village is so welcoming and the view absolutely beautiful sighted dolphins everyday and caught fish 🎣 just out the front off the beach

Basic accommodation in brilliant location

Family stay was enjoyable as the location and weather was perfect however the property needs some TLC •deck screen doors that open •new deck furniture •kitchen upgrade with dishwasher

Location great, property okay not great

Great location. Property is dated and needs maintenance and updating which is probably reflected in the price. Bathrooms need a good scrub to get rid of mould in places. I cleaned on arrival and got rid of some of the mould. Needs new screen doors as they don't open and close properly. Once again great location
