Beautiful sunrises

6 th floor had great views. Location was great for grocery stores and restaurants. Condo space was fine for the 4 of us. King and queen beds were quite comfortable. The bunk bed was very squeaky. The tv had lines through it and that normally would not be an issue while on vacation except it was March Madness time! The beach and pool were great. One thing to note: cars are allowed on this section of the beach.

Horrible experience

First of all we didn’t stay on those dates. We were scheduled to stay 4/8 to 4/12. Due to an unforeseen death in the family we were forced to come down a week early. I called the host and asked if we could reschedule our time. I was advised that they would try and find us a comprible unit so we wouldn’t lose our money. They never got back to me after several phone calls and emails. I did get an email telling us to move out today . 4/7. They have no clue as to what has transpired. They won’t refund my money regardless. That I understand. What I don’t understand is why they couldn’t call me and give me some advice. We had to book another facility that cost us $1000.00 so in addition to what we lost on this weeks rental it was a horrible experience. I would encourage you to never use Great Ocean condos as a host under the VRBO brand.

Nice area but condo kitchen was very dirty and stove top very dirty exhaust fan was greasy the front screen door was not working properly but the other residents were very friendly the pool was nice
