The Palm Beach Holiday House is a luxurious modern two storey house with Netfix. The upper floor comprises of three large bedrooms all with big walk-in robes, full ensuite, 2nd bathroom with a deep bath and a 2nd toilet room. The ground floor includes a fully equipped large kitchen; separate dinning; T.V. / games; 3rd toilet room; fully equipped laundry / powder room; remote control lockup garage; front alfresco with beach views and rear alfresco with mini golf, all under cover.

Surf ski's are provided with a trolley that can be walked to the beach within one to two minutes also, a floating pontoon is close to shore. A contemporary beachside café and jetty are located another minute or two away. And, Rockingham's beachside café / restaurant strip and beach front park with barbecues are only a short stroll along the foreshore.

Other local attractions include Penguin Island and Seal Island hosting a bucket full of varied interests such as, wildlife watching, secluded surfing locations and glass bottom boat tours.

Lovely stay in Rockingham

Location of property is excellent. Very close to the beach. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and a short drive to the city centre. Property had everything we required for our stay.

Large modern family house, walking distance to beach ( 3mins) shops, restaurants and bars

Large family house in quiet residential area. Very clean and welcoming. Well equipped. Close to all amenities. We saw dolphins and penguins in the sea just a couple of minutes walk from house. While the house was well equipped as our stay was three weeks it would have been nice to have had a change of bed linen and towels. But we were very happy with our stay and fully recommend to any large families who love the beach but also want to be near amenities. It was a nice touch having use of kayaks which our kids used. As explained in summary this house does have a covered back garden which was OK but we prefer the sun as we come from England but that was a minor thing and that is explained in the property description.

Perfect for our family holiday

The house is a great size and in a great location. You can see the sea from the driveway & its only a 2 min walk to the beach from the house. It has all the amenities you need I had a couple of questions but the owner always answered straight back. Recommended!

Great location and immaculate property

The location is great. Very close to the beach and a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The property was immaculate. Great kitchen, plenty of room and a 1 hole golf course outside (putting green). Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, property requires cleaning & TLC

The location of this property was perfect for our stay. The amenities are fantastic (new kitchen, great appliances) lots of space. The property however is not as described. Its is not a ‘Brand new, luxury property’ and is need of a very good clean and some TLC. The price was reasonable given the location but the description needs updating to accurately reflect the property.
