This penthouse apartment boasts spacious proportions and offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, and is perfect for a couples getaway or family holiday.

Reverse cycle air conditioning provides year round comfort and the property is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the beach, walking/bike paths, skate park and playground (across the road), McDonalds, Granite Island, markets, restaurants, the local shopping centre, CBD and many of Victor's local attractions.

PLEASE NOTE - located on a main road, there may be potential for road noise during busier times of the year.

Remote controlled blinds will reveal stunning ocean views through huge sliding glass doors leading out onto your own private balcony. Relax with friends, have a drink or two and enjoy the electric Weber barbecue while keeping a watchful eye on your children who can easily be seen playing across the road at the beach, skate park or playground.

This stunning apartment boasts intercom security, a full sized tennis court, solar heated outdoor swimming pool, games room with table tennis & secure gated undercover parking for 2 vehicles. The generous master bedroom has a comfortable, queen sized bed, and the expansive en-suite includes a vanity, shower, toilet & a decadent spa bath ... wonderfully relaxing after having spent a day touring. Wall mounted TV/DVD combo (selection of DVDs available free of charge). Walk-in robe.

Bedroom 2 has a tri-bunk bed that sleeps 3 (double bed on bottom & single bed on top) & bedroom 3 has a double bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and surrounding views from large windows. These 2 rear bedrooms share a shower and toilet.

All beds have quality, comfortable mattresses & crisp linen. Included: sheets, bedding & pillows, bath towels, hand towels and face washers.
NOT INCLUDED: Must BYO beach/pool towels.

DESIGNER KITCHEN WITH MIELE APPLIANCES

A chef's dream kitchen awaits ... sparkling stone bench tops, Miele dishwasher, microwave, oven, hotplates & rangehood. All the usual kitchen equipment/appliances are supplied and the walk in pantry is conveniently located for ease of access.

Dishwashing tablets, cleaning cloths & sprays and are under the sink. Basic pantry staples are supplied - salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, alfoil, cling wrap, baking paper etc. plus washing powder for laundry.

Relaxing family stay & great host

Would stay again, had great time. Location is 10min walk from shops and main attractions in Victor. Yes road noise is busy in school holidays, but that was clear in description. It also gives fantastic vantage for cockle trains going past which kids loved! Appreciated all the basic provisions which should be standard but are not always at other holiday homes we have visited (linen, cleaning supplies, oil, tissues etc). Also some lovely extras like sports gear and beach body boards for kids. Cooking with that view was amazing. We had tiny hiccup with access as Carol upgraded key lock box, but communication was lovely and resolved in no time. Not a complaint but I'd encourage you to consider a sturdy plastic tub to collect and carry down mixed recycling, easier set up for food scraps and perhaps some basic waste sorting chart discreetly on wall above bin in pantry. Whole complex seems to suffer from guests putting everything in the landfill bins which is sad to see. You might be able to make it easier for the right thing to happen and reduce overflowing bin problem but I appreciate people on holidays might not care about waste like I do :)

A stay beyond our expectations

A fabulously located and extremely well appointed property. Carol was a joy to communicate with, great living space and amazing balcony. The board games and high chair an added and much welcomed bonus! We hope to be back.

Awesome location

Property is in perfect location- walking distance to shops and all Victor Harbour attractions. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more ! The view out the front all glass doors was amazing. The tennis court, games room and pool were all great options for the kids too. Main road a little busy for crossing out the front of apartment but the property host Carol gave us excellent advice about that and we had no issues for our stay. The beaches along Victor Harbour are not the best in the area but we found the dining options and all the other attractions make it the perfect place to stay - we just did a couple of day trips only a short drive away to some of the best beaches I’ve ever been to. Carpark and security were all big positives too.

Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was clean lovely views only thing that was a bit annoying was the traffic noise when the doors were open or when on the balcony. Could use a matching set of wine glasses but apart from that well equipt

Week away for relaxation

The property was beautifully presented and appointed. The views were amazing. Plenty of space and room for 2 teenagers to get away. The games room with table tennis and tennis courts were well used as well as the pool. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Very enjoyable stay.
