This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 baths en suite) beachside apartment on the first floor with lift, situated between San Pedro and Estepona and only 7 kms from Puerto Banus. The apartment benefits from air conditioning, large sea facing terrace overlooking landscaped gardens, with lovely swimming pool, children's pool lit at night. The beach is approx. 100 metres away with a several local beach bars and restaurants and steps away from the brand new Mett 5 star hotel

Las Terazas de Costalita in the Cancelada area is situated on a wide stretch of golden sand with water sports, horse riding school and popular beach bar/restaurant with live entertainment on Sunday afternoons. Just outside the complex is a beautiful promenade where one can take a leisurely walk. Various local restaurants are within easy reach. To sit and watch the world go by Puerto Banus is approx.7 km away. The beautiful mountain village of Benhavis is approx. 10 minutes drive. Supermarkets and commercial centre are also close by.

Most wonderful two week holiday from family aged 13 to 79 years...

Returned today from the most wonderful 2 week holiday and can not recommend enough. Myself, hubby, our 2 teens and my dad (79) absolutely loved it. The 1st floor apartment has 3 beautiful bedrooms (two ensuite) and a separate third bathroom. The lounge leads on to a generous terrace which overlooks the pool. The complex has a secure path (100m) which leads directly to the beach. During our stay we took kite surfing lessons (approx 15 min walk along the beach), went on the inflatable course in the sea at San Pedro (approx 10 mins drive), went on the sofa boat, jet ski and paddle boarding (two minute walk from apartment). There are restaurants within two minute walk on beach front. Our favourite was Antigua, great selection of food/wine with upstairs bar open until 2am. Cancelada (10 minute walk) has a selection of restaurants. Hubby walked along the sea front most mornings ... almost to Estepona, fair walk - but he loved it. We also drove to Estopona (15 mins) and Marbella Old Town (25 mins) in evenings, lovely old cobbled streets with huge selection of restaurants/bars etc. Apartment really was great. Beds were so comfy (super quality bedding which is a big thing for me). Tonnes of storage in the bedrooms which you don't often find. All the extras eg, iron, hairdryer etc. Pool/grounds are stunning. Life Guard on duty all day until late & security 24 hrs. From the moment we booked Eunice & David were excellent with communication. We'll be back, thank you both!

Great Place and location

Great apartment

Comfortable stay in the apartment, very spacious and great to have 3 bathrooms. Really enjoyed the patio area overlooking the pool. Lovely location with the beach a stones throw away.

We are Eunice and David Conway and have been married for 32 years. We own our own Estate Agency in the United Kingdom and we are both involved in the running of it. The business has been established for 21 years. We have 2 grown up children, a beautiful little grandaughter and another grandchild due next month. Our happiest times are when our kids come to the apartment with us, seeing our 3 year old grandaughter enjoy the swimming pool and the beach is a real joy.

Why they chose this property

We feel that if we were renting our apartment we would be very happy. It has beautiful gardens and swimming and is practically on top of the beach too. It is lovely and peaceful ... it is our little piece of heaven and tranquility when we go there... Yet you are only 8 minute drive from Puerto Banus and close to so many other towns if you do wish to see more life.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with everything about the apartment and complex... With 24 hour gated security you can rest in the knowledge that you are hopefully safe. At night the gardens are so pretty with beautiful lanterns and pathways.... it really does look magical.
