The lane was clean and comfortable
We were 2 families of 4 adults and 4 children. The house was easily big enough for us. The location was great. We had everthing we needed within a 5 minute drive. Including beaches bars and restaurants and a couple of shopping malls. There's also an igm, bakery, pharmacist ,and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The bus route was even closer where you could catch the 990 to Scarborough beach or perth city.. a family ticket cost about $12 and you could travel all day on any bus or train. We plan to travel to perth again a would highly recommend the lane.

Well appointed spacious coastal house
Fantastic home away from home close to the beach, brilliant access to cafes, restaurants, well stocked bottle shop and supermarket. Comfortable beds, well fitted out kitchen. My only recommendation would be upgrading the sofas which are quite tired - too soft and deep for my 70 year old parents, and hard to sit on and feed my newborn given the lack of support.

Great stay in Perth
A very roomy, clean, comfortable and well appointed house, with a great kitchen and everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. Catered really well for a few families, as there was room for everyone to gather but also separate zones. Quiet and private. Owner easy to contact and resolve any issues when needed.

Comfortable Stay
The apartment is very cozy and clean. Tucked quietly in the lane away from the main road. Quite convenient too as there are cafes and supermarket along the main street. Only drawback was there isn't sufficient amenities as described in the website. Cooking utensils were bare minimal, in fact I think there were more leftover stuff from other occupants than the real stuff. There was also insufficient detergent and soap even though we were ask to keep the apartment clean. In the end we had to use hand soap to wash the dishes and dishwasher salt with the dishwasher. Not many dish cloth also, or maybe tugged away somewhere which we didnt know about. But generally I would say it was a good stay for the 8 of us.
