The Sunrise vacation villa has been completely remodeled and decorated with adventure themed bedrooms.
Located in the exclusive Sunridge Woods complex, you will be only minutes away from Walt Disney World resort, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland. And for the golfers, again within 10 minutes drive, you can access, World renowned golf courses, The ChampionsGate, The Mystic Dunes , The Highland Reserves, The Providence Golf Club and Ridgewood Country club.
If you prefer to relax at the Sunrise Villa, it offers an incredible pool and spa patio with sun all day. With no neighbors in the back you will enjoy outdoor / pool life with complete privacy.
Our villa is family owned so, we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation memorable and a real success.
The Sunrise villa is fully equipped with flat screens TV, High Speed Internet access, Wi-Fi network, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.
Sunridge Woods is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.
There is a lake with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife at all times throughout the year, you may be lucky to spot Giant Gopher Tortoises, Vultures, American Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Red Cardinals to name a few.
Although a very peaceful community, Sunridge Woods is less than 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.
Grocery supermarket is 5 minutes away.
From the I-4 interstate, you can easily drive to both the East and West Coasts of Florida , enjoying a day at the beach or visiting places of interest , from the Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona to St Pete’s and Sarasota.

Enjoyed our stay

Thank you for letting us stay at your villa. The check-in process was smooth and well communicated ahead of time. The villa deco was well thought out and gave the impression it was a home and not a generic rental. Floors have been updated. The kitchen was well stock with all you need. We also found many useful things such as toys and a pushchair. Our son really enjoyed the pool and we found it a very good size and very much appreciated it. We saw lots of wildlife from the pool deck. The area is very quiet and peacefully and feels very private. Also very close to Disney and all major shopping locations. The villa was clean upon arrival. We did however have to give the BBQ a good clean as previous guest didn't clean it very well. Only thjng to note is the Harry Potter room does get a little warm. Could do with a ceiling fan. But we would love to be back very soon.. Assuming I can book it before others 😉

Best vacation ever!!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week family holiday and was based in this beautiful Villa. What a lovely place! The photos online do not do it justice! Every detail of the villa is related to Disney and to our magical experience! It was clean and truly was home from home! The pool especially was our saviour after long days at the parks to come back and do our own BBQ and use our own pool and spa was fabulous! We miss it now we are back :( Thank you to Lucie and Alain who answered every email query promptly before we went. It is daunting going on such a big holiday especially after my husband and I had planned it for a long time with our two children. It was nice to be put at ease and to be given recommendations from them before we went away which were perfect. They checked in on us during our stay and we had to contact Jorge from the management company while we were there for something minor and he was very accommodating. This was the first time we had done a non package holiday but felt safe and looked after. The area was quiet and far from the neighbours so the pool area felt very private. All in all a holiday we will remember forever. Thank you Lucie and Alain xx

Lovely villa full of Disney character and great pool

Our family loved the way this villa embodied the Disney theme and each room was decorated with characters and memorabilia which the children loved. The games room and the pool and spa areas were also big hits for us. Although a little tired in places our family were very comfortable and relaxed in this villa and we would recommend it.

Simply Perfect

We have just arrived home from a two week vacation here. It is amazing the beds are comfy, the home has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The pool and spa are amazing especially in the evenings with the outside lights on. Would visit again and will recommend it to others. Management company and Lucie and Alain are all very helpful and will answer any questions and problems promptly, had a wonderful time thank you so much. This place will always be special to us as my partner asked me to marry him while staying here and i said yes :-)

Sunrise Villa

The villa was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The layout was practical and very comfortable throughout. We stayed for 3 very enjoyable weeks and at no point felt that there was anything more that could have been provided. Any queries were answered immediately by either the owners or the management company. The location of the villa is perfect for the Disney parks and there are a number of shops and restaurants very close by. The villa as a whole is very spacious and private. The spacious pool and spa was enjoyed by all!
