Our Farmhouse is a beautiful renovated and extended 1950’s home located on Yorke Peninsula, approximately 3 hours from Adelaide CBD .
The farmhouse offers a taste of country living where your family and friends can enjoy quality time together off grid, take in the fresh air, starry night sky, native scrub, wildlife and explore all the Yorke Peninsula has to offer.
The Wilde Retreat Farmhouse sleeps up to 33 people across 7 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King Bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 Treble & 1 single bunk
- Bedroom 5: 1 Treble & 1 single bunk
- Bedroom 6: 1 treble & 2 single bunks
- Bedroom 7: Sleeps 10 bunk bed style (due to current covid cleaning procedures we do not open this bedroom for groups under 16 people)
Please note we do not supply towels.
There is no need to live on top of each other as the enormous floor space of the farm house features:
- 2 lounge areas
- 2 well equipped kitchens with one dishwasher
- Large entertaining area
- Mezzanine floor with balcony
- Extensive decking and veranda with BBQ.
- Fire-pit area nestled in natural scrub a stones throw from the homestead.
The Farm House is near the southern coast of the peninsula where many beaches, rock pools, fishing spots and cliffs can be explored. Just a 40 minute drive to the popular Marion Bay and into Innes National Park. 15 minutes drive to Warooka for the nearest shops, and 20 minutes drive to Point Turton if you fancy a bit of Jetty fishing.
We host ‘Wilde Retreat Cottage’ on the property also, their driveway takes them behind the Farmhouse however the two dwellings are not visible to each other. We ask that you respect their privacy and stay within the boundaries of the farmhouse- outlined in our guest agreement.
