A unique, respectfully restored mid century house in Bright's famous Delany Avenue.
Bespoke is so close to town you can walk or ride everywhere. Only 270mts to Bright's Centenary Park.
Bespoke is the perfect place for 1 or 2 couples, a small group or family with children over 10yrs.
Located on a large block with beautiful front and rear gardens as well as a separate fenced dog friendly yard.
The house is filled with vintage restored furniture, unique vintage finds and original artworks. Interior spaces are designed to attract light and the retro styling is created through colour choices, wallpaper, furniture and lots of little nods to the era.
It has all the modern facilities you could think of yet has been restored and styled respecting the era of the home. Designed to bring back memories of mid century Australia with lots of Retro Glamour!
Bespoke Holiday House has been a real labour of love, showing great respect for the property in its restoration. Originally built in 1941 and recently restored by us saving as much of the original features of the house as possible.
For those who love to travel with their fur babies, Bespoke is ideal. You don't need to sacrifice on quality accommodation to have them with you.
Bespoke is much more than a place to lay your head, it's an experience!

LAYOUT, BEDROOMS & FACILITIES
The house caters for 2 to 6 people in 3 Bedrooms.
Perfect for 1 or 2 couples, a family or a small group. (No children under 10yrs)

- Main Bedroom with queen size bed & ensuite.
- Second Bedroom with queen size bed.
- Third Bedroom with two single beds. (These are not suitable to push together)

1 ROOM (1-2 people) per night $350 Weekdays - $400 Weekends
2 ROOMS (3-4 people) per night $450 Weekdays - $500 Weekends
3 ROOMS (5-6 people) per night $550 Weekdays - $600 Weekends
When making your booking enquiry please notify us of how many rooms and how many people are staying. e.g. 2 persons staying in the 2 single beds or a queen bed are one room charge but 2 persons staying in seperate rooms are a 2 room charge.
If needed we can adjust the rate and let you know before approving the booking.
- DOG/S are a one off fee of $50

Christmas & Easter Holidays are a flat rate for up to 6 people
= $550pn Weekdays - $600pn Weekends. New Years Eve = $800

- Reverse cycle heating/cooling located in main area (can heat/cool whole house with room doors open)
- Wood fire in main lounge area.
- Electric heaters in all 3 bedrooms.

- Off street parking in the driveway can have up to 3 cars behind each other.

LOCATION
The Holiday House is in the perfect location, close to the centre of town in the picturesque Delany Avenue.
Centenary Park and the main street of Bright are only a few hundred meters.
A very short stroll takes you right into the centre of Bright township.

You only need to walk out the front door in Autumn to get the most beautiful Autumn colour photos. Wander the gardens of Bespoke in Spring for its beautiful flowering plants.
Sit on the front verandah in the evening with a wine and watch the sun go down.
The rear yard has beautiful views of the hills and Mt Porepunkah.
Sit on the back verandah and soak up that morning sun and take in the view.
There are fantastic walks, hikes, mountain biking, road riding, rail trail, cafes and restaurants, wineries and so many outdoor activities close by.

DOG FRIENDLY
Bespoke Holiday House is one of Bright's top locations to visit with your furry little friends. The owners are dog lovers and hope their guests feel relaxed and enjoy their holidays with their pets.
You are close to parks and walking tracks which they will love and most cafe's and restaurants with outdoor dining in Bright are happy to have your furry friends there with you.
There is a huge dog friendly space built with high fencing in the rear yard. The front yard is fenced but only hip height and has established gardens. Dogs must not be left unattended in this area.
Dogs are welcome in the house as long as they are kept off the furniture and are never left unattended in the house.

BIKE FRIENDLY
The Rail trail now runs just out front of the house on the Great Alpine Road with trails to Germantown, Wandiligong, Porepunkah and beyond.

The house has vintage style bikes available for guests to use. Bring along floral dresses & check jackets to complete the retro experience and plan a picnic on your ride along the Rail Trail.

Being centrally located it is perfect for both road riding & mountain biking experts and enthusiasts. There is a secure shed onsite to lock up your bikes when out and about.

MINIMUM NIGHTS
2 nights on weekends and weekdays.
4 nights over Holiday periods and Easter.
3 nights over public holiday long weekends.

Excellent place to stay, highly recommend
This house is in a really nice condition and has been fully renovated. It sits inside a well established garden, with great space for family and pets to run. It is also very close to the town centre and Bright Splash Park. All of these aspects make for a great, enjoyable and hassle free stay. The host is also very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delightful
We loved the whole beautiful property which was very easy to be in as a group of five. Most of our time was spent on the back verandah when we were at home enjoying the superb view.

Beautiful home in Bright
We loved our stay at bespoke holiday house. The garden was very much a highlight for us, the back deck overlooks a deep garden with a picturesque mountain backdrop, beautiful native birds visit and it’s extremely peaceful to relax there after a day of cycling or bush walking. Thanks for the stay, we hope to he back soon.

John & Nina Carter. We are the proud owners of Bespoke Holiday House in Bright. We love restoring and collecting vintage pieces. Bright is the perfect place for us as we love bushwalking and mountain biking and spending time with our dogs.

Why they chose this property

This property was very run down and overlooked for quite some time. We saw the potential and decided it needed saving. After 8 months of hard work we brought it back to life. Not just renovating this property we restored it. Saving as much of the original features as possible and introducing any new items either from the era or respecting the era and the original owners of the house. We never stop... always restoring and updating.

What makes this property unique

This property is really unique in Bright. The house was originally built in 1941 by the town mayor. Many properties in this area have been subdivided in to smaller lots but this house is on quite a large piece of land considering its close proximity to town. Many of the houses of this age have not survived, either being torn down or renovated in a modern way but we decided it was important to save one of the towns old properties. We also decided to provide a unique experience. The house is full of not only its original features but also vintage restored furniture, decorator items and new pieces that where designed and popular at that time.
