About this property

" The Apartment " is our self -contained 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom space which is attached to the main Guesthouse.

Refurbished in 2015, It has its own private entry and whilst not enjoying all the Guesthouse facilities does offer guests a private and comfortable retreat for their mountain getaway on our beautiful private 100 acre property.

The Apartment (70 sqm ) has a huge bedroom with comfortable queen bed , luxury linens and its own sitting area and flat screen TV.
There is a full kitchen and dining area as well as a separate bathroom with laundry and drying facilities
The Living area has comfy leather lounges with a Big screen TV and a nook with King- Single Bunk Beds perfect or the kids or a third guest.

The view over the valley is amazing and there is lots of wildlife to see too.
The Apartment is available self -contained in all seasons .

Rates start from as little as $440 per night during winter (mid week ) and our minimum stay is 3 nights.
Ideal for couples ...The Maximum no of guests is 3 Adults or (2A+2K) .
Online rates are for 2 guests ... charges will apply for additional guests.

Snow Holiday

Property was even better than expected. Joe was awesome. Close to Ski tube and Jindy. Would definitely stay again. Some block out blinds in the lounge room/bunk bed nook would be very beneficial, we brought block out curtains that we wrapped around the bunk so our daughter managed to have epic sleeps.

Great place to stay with Thredbo and Bullocks Flat so close by

The property was great for our family. It had everything we needed to make out snow holiday base from. Any small issues were handled promptly by Suzanne, as Joey was overseas. Every day we saw kangaroos, deer, wombats, foxes, king parrots and more. The building (including the apartment is remote), allow for you to escape into nature and have a relaxing time.

Cozy & Amazing Location!

Joey's tree view apartment did not dissapoint.The most amazing views of the mountains and trees surrounding, on the most beautiful quiet land. It was warm, super comfortable, and so close to the ski tube. It had decent kitchen amenities and good facilities, like a laundry and dryer which is super handy. Just a heads up, it is up quite a steep gravely driveway to the house! You might want to bring chains, just in case. Also, keep in mind that the apartment is above Joey's other airbnb, so it was quite noisy for both parties. All in all though, if you're looking for a getaway from the craziness that is jindabyne, highly recommend.

Nowhere is the place to be!

Nowhere is a beautiful, relaxing and regenerative place located close enough to everything and far enough away too. Joey is a fantastic host, ready to support your stay. We recommend it highly.

Great place and would love to stay there again.

Only reason for a 4 star rating was a fuse would continually blow when using the toaster & this required access to the unit below to fix which was not idea. An easy problem to fix.
