Beautiful 3 bed villa with sea views and private pool.

Beautiful self catering 3 bed villa in the village of Peyia 10 minutes inland from the resort and sandy beach of Coral Bay. Peyia has Cypriot character and excellent amenities including pharmacy, supermarket, DVD rental shop, tavernas and even pizza delivery. The villa has a beautiful sea view and parking for 2 cars Each bedroom is en suite and the two upstairs bedrooms incorporate a large balcony again with a sea view. There is one master bedroom featuring double bed with bathroom incorporating bath/shower, and there are two other twin bedrooms with showers. There is a large lounge with TV, satellite and DVD and a wii. The lounge has large sliding doors opening to a private pool area with outdoor shower. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Outside is a fully landscaped garden with fruit trees so you can pick grapefruit's for breakfast or lemons for your G & T's.

Baby equipment (e.g. travel cot, high chair, potty etc) available. We also now have wifi available free of charge.

New for 2017. The pool is having complete refurbishment. New liner, skimmers, Upgraded light and filters to make it even better than before.

Why Alan Godwin chose Coral Bay Area

We first visited Cyprus in May 2006. We loved the place so much that our next trip was to buy a property. The first couple of places we looked at weren't what we were looking for for but then the agent took us to a patch of bare ground and showed us what they were going to build there. We bought straight away and have never regretted it. The villa is so much more than we expected. The views, the privacy, the beauty of the villa itself. We spend at least 6 weeks per year there ourselves and will be moving there permanently when we finally retire in about 20 years time.

What makes this villa unique

Its the views,the privacy and the location out on the edge of the village with the gorge running down the side of the development that make it special. Theres nothing quite like picking a fresh grapefruit for your breakfast or a lemon for you G & T when they are ripe.

Absolutely stunning Villa

The villa was all we could have asked for, The owners have thought of everything. It was lovely having the heated swimming pool as we were there in February and the evenings can be a bit cold. The views from the balcony are lovely. The area is a bit quiet but that suited us and Coral bay is just 2 minutes drive away. We were met the next day by Debbie who gave us lots of information and advice.

Lovely villa, very secluded garden and great facilities

This villa was lovely, we were looking for a private space for a relaxing week and this villa delivered. The garden and pool area is really nice and secluded and the location is in walking distance to some shops and bars but you'll really need a car to see the sights. The villa has great facilities, the showers are good (very important to me!) and there is lots of books/films/games etc.. to waste away the warm days. The management company were very helpful and they arranged for the pool to be heated for us which was great. The only thing I would mention is that next door to the property is a dumping ground, it's just got furniture and bits around so it doesn't smell at all but is a little unsightly and there are some dogs/chickens there that can be a bit noisy at night, it didnt detract from our stay but worth mentioning if you're a light sleeper as could be an issue.

Would definitely recommend to families and couples.

Fabulous Villa

The Villa has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool area is outstanding and so private. Great location as within walking distance to some bars and shops (including a great bakery). 5 minutes in the car to the beach and Coral Bay area. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

Lovely villa in quiet location

Our first stay in a villa and we have now been spoilt for hotels. This was a clean, spacious and well-equipped villa with a screened outside area which allowed us to relax in private. Every facility seemed to have been thought of by the owners (even boxes of tissues) including DVDs, toys and reading books. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. We quickly made a feline friend too, which made it seem even more homely! We would not hesitate to return! (Oh, and there is a lovely bakery within easy walking distance of the villa.)

The Personal Touch.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and was so grateful that Alan had arranged a lovely food and drink parcel for us, it was a thoughtful, personal touch and one which was gratefully received the next morning for breakfast.

The villa itself is immaculate and set in a beautiful quiet location with lovely views. Coral Bay is only a short car journey away and there is a really good supermarket a 6 minutes drive away. A very friendly ice cream van arrived late afternoon every day for a cool treat.

The outdoor pool area is where we spent most of our time and it was beautiful and relaxing, not overlooked and everything we hoped for. All in all , we felt very at home and comfortable and only wish we could have stayed longer. :)

Nearest Airport : Paphos at 25 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : The Brewery at 0.3 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Just down the road at 5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : The Stonehouse at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Troodos Mountains at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Coral Bay at 3 Kilometres Car: necessary

There are many nearby attractions catering for all tastes. Within a ten minute drive you will find go-carting, horse-riding, a reptile park, diving, gym, beach. Paphos bird park, coral bay resort with nightlife.

Within 20 minutes drive there is the tomb of the kings, Paphos world heritage site, boat trip, Fort and aquarium.

Within 30 minutes, the Akamas peninsula, Paphos water park, golf and traditional villages including Byzantine churches.

Within 90 minutes the Troodos, Mt Olympus (highest point in Cyprus) and skiing in winter.

Cyprus also offer same day trips to Egypt.

Other Activities: go-carting, zoo, archaeological sites, church, mountain walks, gym and indoor pool.
