About this property

Central Fremantle apartment with port views

Located in the centre of Fremantle is this one bedroom apartment located on the eighth floor.

A comfortable leather lounge, reverse cycle aircon, flatscreen TV and artwork adorn the lounge room with a small balcony which shows off some of the views of Fremantle. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all you require for dining in.

From the front door, there are panoramic views - from the port where you can watch the ships come and go to Monument Hill in the distance (a local landmark and tourist destination) with parkland and sweeping views of historic Fremantle rooftops and buildings in the foreground.

A queen size bedroom with ensuite completes the accommodation.

Parking for one car is provided in the securely gated area surrounding the building. However, being so central and close to the bus and train station there is every opportunity to walk everywhere.

Lift access will take you directly to the eighth floor. Wheelchair ramps are provided at the car park entrance to the building.

Commercial pay per use laundry facilities are provided on the ground floor.

I recommend booking now to secure your accommodation at Harbour Breeze.

As advised by the Strata Co on the 2nd December 2022:
Residents, please be advised that painting is happening on the property's walkways and is scheduled to commence next week. This will have the soffits (ceilings) and the walkway floor on every level painted. This will start from level 9 and work its way down over approximately two weeks to be finished in time for Christmas. There will be a disruption to access to the units temporarily and we seek the patience and cooperation of the residents as this is completed.

Great apartment in superb location
Stayed for 25 nights in Jan/Feb 2023. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay including parking. The location is brilliant being right in the town centre. Air conditioning was rarely needed due to the cool breeze that passed through the apartment. Really enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

A few things to see and do in Fremantle:
The Roundhouse
The oldest building still standing in Western Australia today is the twelve-sided Roundhouse. The first permanent building to have been built in the Swan River Colony in the late 1830s, this building offers stunning views over Bathers Beach and the Indian Ocean.
Fremantle Prison
Holding a fascinating history built as a high-security prison by convicts, the Fremantle Prison is one of Western Australia’s most significant cultural attractions. Opened to the public in 1992, this building has since offered tours that will take you through the chambers and the history of this icon.
Fremantle Arts Centre
Originally built as a ‘lunatic’ asylum in Western Australia, the Fremantle Arts Centre offers residencies, exhibitions, live music and art courses for locals and tourists.
Cappuccino Strip
Fremantle’s legendary ‘Cappuccino Strip’ offers many outdoor cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy a locally brewed beer or Western Australian wine whilst people-watching.
Fremantle Markets
Dating back to 1897, the Fremantle Markets have always served as a market, originating as a wholesale and produce market until the 1950s.
