Surrounded by peppermint trees and located one street back from peaceful Geographe bay and easy access to town, Dunsborough lakes golf course, and tourism spots this property is fitted out with relaxation in mind. This is an older style home in a fantastic location perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful getaway.

Property has been recently refreshed with full internal painting throughout, new vinyl plank flooring to bottom bedrooms, new couches, new vanities to both bathrooms.
The home can accommodate up to 6 guests, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. Please note LINEN (sheets pillowcases and towels) IS NOT PROVIDED and you will need to bring your own with you.

Downstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms a combined laundry and 2nd bathroom with separate toilet, outside is a covered patio area with BBQ large grassed fenced backyard and fruit trees.

Upstairs comprises open plan living/dining/kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and balcony with BBQ. TV DVD iPod dock etc located in living area.

Pets allowed on application, pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and are preferred to stay outside where possible.

Basic beach house
This beach house is pretty basic. It’s really all about the location, which is spot on. The house was neat and tidy. The owner has done some upgrades in the bedrooms and bathroom, which was nice. The kitchen is in desperate need of a makeover. The draws almost fell out onto people numerous times, the counter tops and stove are looking pretty old. Although the inside was clean, the outside was not. A bit of garden maintenance wouldn’t go a stray. The trees out back are overgrown, lawn needed mowing and cobwebs all over the siding of the house and windows.

Beach holiday
The property was great for adults and kids. Close to the beach. Backyard had lawn and fully enclosed for the dog. Location was great. Most enjoyable.

This house is in a great location but is quite run down, and needs a lot of repairs (blinds broken, holes in flyscreens). There are a LOT of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cooking facilities are poor - almost impossible to cook anything on the electric stove (oven was OK). The house was not very clean - the inside of the cupboards and shelves were filthy and the BBQ was so bad we didn't use it. There are better places to stay for the price.

Exterior of building dirty run down . Provided feedback to manager on dirty windows, kitchen cuboard hinges loose and one cupboard off hinges. 3 light bulbs blown, weeds growing out of gutter. Interior of building is dated but clean. Manager thanked me for feeback and said items would be addressed.
