Absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom period home with stunning modern architecturally designed extension.

Our celebrity guests have included: Yvonne Strahovski (Handmaids Tale) , Ethan Hawke (Before Sunrise, Gattaca, Reality Bites), Sullivan Stapleton (Blindspot, Animal Kingdom, Strike Back, 300 : Rise of an Empire, Gangster Squad), Justine Clark (actor, singer, children's entertainer), Jason Byrne (Irish comedian), Sharon Millerchip (Cats, Phantom of the Opera) and more.

We are proud to have had all sorts of wonderful guests return time and again to enjoy our house and neighborhood!

Our super cool residence in the heart of Elwood features front and back decked courtyards, with lush landscaped gardens. A wide entrance hall flows to a huge open plan living area completed with sensational gas fireplace and amazing artwork. There is a modern streamlined kitchen overlooking the dining area, wonderful central bathroom with bath, separate shower and floor to ceiling windows featuring private garden views. The master bedroom & second bedroom have queen size beds - both rooms have built in robes. The third bedroom is light filled and spacious and comprises 2 single beds. There is also a cot available and a high chair. The rear courtyard deck includes a BBQ and outdoor dining area surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

Minimum stay is 7 nights.
PLEASE NOTE we do not accept bookings less than 7 Nights.

Base price is $290/night for 4 people.
$10 extra per person up to 6 people.
Public/School holidays and events may be extra.

Perfect Family Location

We had such a lovely stay! The house is a good size with lots of space in each bedroom. The location was perfect for us with playgrounds close by for young children and the supermarket, pharmacy and cafes just a 5 min walk from the front door. We are originally from Melbourne but now live overseas so it was the perfect place for us to stay with our 2 kids while visiting friends and family. Very close to the beach and great local areas of St Kilda, Elwood and Elsternick as well as quick access by car or tram into the city. The house itself had everything we needed to be comfortable and is well set up. We will stay there again!
