Magnificent designed secluded detached villa with private 10m x5m pool. With newly installed Aircons in the bedrooms, Soft new artificial grass round pool and new lighting system around the BBQ area for your total comfort and relaxation during your stay.

Lovely gardens with Olive and Pomegranate trees. Equipment includes Smart TV, DVD player with over 70 blocks buster movies, air Conditioning, 5 bedrooms and 3-bathrooms.

We provide free high speed WiFi if you still want to be in touch with outside world.

The pool is fenced off blocking unrestricted access for children. There is a child gate that can be placed at the top or bottom of stairs blocking unrestricted access for children.

With a nice veranda, comfortable garden furniture, pool shower, outside toilet, sun beds, tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc., night lighting, a barbeque for the chefs, offering guests privacy and quiet places to relax all day long.

The house is located in a quiet residential development with parking for 4 to 5 cars. In less than 10 minutes drive the delightful beaches of El Campello/ Jan Juan and 2 championships 18 hole golf courses of Alicante Golf club and Bonalba.

There are few bars and restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery shop that provides all essential needs from including fresh meet, vegetable, fruit, bread, cakes, alcohol, soft drinks and so on.

Family holiday

The property is a bit tired looking and not luxury as described on the website. The oven was dirty and had only one shelf. Plates in the cupboard had food on them, cups and glasses had to be put through the dish washer before we could use them. Lounge TV unit and bedside units were dirty. Aircon was only available in two bedrooms and lounge leaving the other rooms especially the the bunk bedrooms very warm. On a positive side we had a great holiday we loved the pool and Karen was a great help with airport transfers and sorting the broken Aircon unit.

The place is a little bit dated but I was informed by the property manager that improvements are imminent. Came across one or two minor problems but to mention them would be nitpicking. Overall, great looking place, fabulous pool, nice area, (car is essential) and and a very nice place to stay. Children will love it.

Nice area close enough to Alicante

The property is old and tired and needs money spent on it. The area is lovely and amenities are close enough. The barbecue is impractical and we used it once. The pool pumps didn’t work properly so the pool was cloudy to start with and I disagreed with the manager who said it was the type of suntan cream we used. The pump then never went off. The pool however is good because it has a deep end which the kids loved as they could dive and jump safely.But when you have 3 children and 4 adults you can’t help a bit of grease. The biggest disappointment was the air-con. I looked at previous reviews and it was highlighted that air-con was needed in all rooms and the owner had stated that it was going to be done. Out of 5 bedrooms only 2 had air-con and in the kind of temps we experienced it was impossible to stay in a room without it. We ended up having to get all 3 of my grandchildren to take their mattresses and lay them on the living room floor because that room had cooling. I don’t mean to be completely negative and overall we all enjoyed our holiday

A lovely villa and pool. A car essential for your stay. Air conditioning needed in all rooms. Good location for accessing visitor attractions. Karen our rep was more than helpful. Would recommend.

Great place

We had a great 14 night stay here. You have all the comforts of your own home. Pool was great and looked amazing in the evening when the lights came on. Very secure property with gated area around the pool to make sure little ones are safe. Local shop and bars were friendly and welcoming. We didn’t hire a car but used a local taxi company called Alicante Taxis, Jose was great and helped us by sending another taxi, when he couldn’t take us anywhere. Would definitely stay here again, if I get the opportunity.
