Welcome to our charming hideaway. You have all the conveniences of home within steps of the beach plus the ability to walk to Dewey Beach's famous restaurants and nightlife. This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage has an outdoor shower, screened in porch, outdoor patio area, grill, central air, Roku, high speed internet, two flat screen televisions, and full kitchen. It is a dog friendly environment with 2 enclosed dog runs. All this is surrounded by garden and a six foot tall privacy fence.

Great house!

This is our second time staying here. It’s a great house! House is stocked with everything you could need, has a great screened in porch and patio with an outdoor shower. Adorable home and convenient to everything in Dewey!

Just what we needed

A delightful little house tucked behind a street front property just a block from the beach. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We ate all but one meal in and enjoyed using the grill. The only negative was that the queen mattress was quite uncomfortable. But mattress preference can be personal. Thank you Sue for your prompt responses to all questions and making the whole weekend so easy!

Perfect retreat amongst it all!

Adorable little cottage perfectly placed in the center of it all but tucked away when you need a retreat! We went for a girls weekend and were so impressed at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. It was walking distance to everything you could possibly want. A true gem! The owners care about this place and it certainly shows. We all immediately agreed we would stay again if the occasion arises!

Sue and I live in Delaware now and have been visiting the Rehoboth/Dewey area for several years and decided to purchase a vacation home here. When we found this property, we fell in love with it. The proximity to the beach, restaurants , and nightlife make this an ideal fit for our family.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This beautiful cottage is located steps from the beach and blocks from restaurants, shopping and nightlife. And yet you can get easily get away from it all once you step inside the secluded setting. You have the convenience of two off street parking spots.

We fell in love with the coziness of this home with the convenience of the location and closeness to the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey, and the Rehoboth boardwalk.
